I got the same call. said I had debt of 1400.00 and then when i asked for some paper work about after i sent 100.00 ( no recpeit was sent") he got upset w/me saying hewill do what he has to. and hung up. This co called me at 5am two time when asked why acted like he didnt know. Why a debt from ca is in ny and going to send me to court. He also stated he was going to have a warrant put out to have me arrest telling family members and friend  who answered the phone my business and i was going to jail.also that he is from the da office.

I receiced a letter from this Law Firm stating that I owed a credit card from Bank Of Omaha. I never had a Visa with this Bank. I told them this and they said it was from 2000 and it could have been another name back then. I said well tell me the name and they couldn't. I said I'm not paying anything that you can't verify my signature to. They then got mad and said we have your mortgage information and I thought where does he think thats he's going with that . A lien on my house, so I said F--K you and hung up on him. This is a SCAM. I ran my credit bureau today to see if this is for real and nothing shows up. I hope that the Attorney that commented above will pursue this for the rest of us. Watch out for scams..be smart to this kind of Bulls--t.

Called my home looking for my son...who does not live here and I had remarried so don't know how they got my name.....I had my son call them....they asked him for his SS#....when he asked question called got very rude and cussed him........watch out this is a scam.....we are reporting this to the State Attorney Office ASAP

This # keeps calling me and they do not identify who they are other than the message says by continuing to listen to this message you are verifying that you are---- and then they say your full name.

They laid off me for about 6 weeks and just got another call on my answering machine. The girl phone monkey who was calling had trouble reading her script and there were a lot of pauses in her message. Guess the bottom-feeder just hired a new batch of phone monkeys!

Dealt with them a few months back.  They were threatening my WIFE (had accused me of having a debt) and telling her they had already contacted the Sheriffs  office bla bla bla... Well it was all a LIE...  (I'm a sheriff dep.)  I called them back and told them ALL off... got hung up on... I called them back 3 other times.  Finally I realized they didn't even have the right SS number... So apparently the genius' were just looking through phone numbers with the same name and randomly calling those numbers accusing that person and I just happend to be next in line.  

I initially tried to reason with these total scum eating leeches until they threatend my wife.  I knew there was some mistake involved, but they simply would NOT be reasonable.  I had already checked my credit report when they left a message on my machine (again spewing threatening lies) It was not on my report (which I keep a very close eye on... current score 802) I then of course put a hold on my credit thinking someone had stolen my identity or something...

I asked the "lady" (hardly fitting) how she could sleep at night.  I told her that I had real concern for her children (she told me she had some)

Really crazy stuff...  NO ONE should pay these PEOPLE a DIME even if they do owe a real debt.  They have NO LEGAL ground to stand on whatsoever...

RECORD EVERY PHONE CALL FROM THEM... It is legal in most states in one form or another.  In some states (like mine) you don't even have to have their permission or knowledge.  In others you only have to inform them.

EVEN IF YOU DO OWE A DEBT do not pay it to these sleez bags.

I  just got a phone call from a Thomas at Falzone Law Associates, wanting me to forward a message to family member-I thought that the call was odd, so I did a reverse look up of the number and found no info. then I googled the law firm and found that it is more or likely a scam!!!

I reported them to the BBB online and sent a cease and desist letter.Remarkably they stopped calling and sent an apology letter to the BBB and myself. HMMMM

I'm not sure who I'm reporting this info to, but I'm having the same issues from a law firm called "Attorney Frank Falzone". I look it up and found one only in New York, but I resdie in Texas and the number that continues to call me is 713-936-2329; probably a collection agency that they ahve hired to call me, but they are calling the wrong per and I've ask them for months to stop calling, but they will not. I then phoned them just recently and stated to them again, to stop the calls, that they are calling the wrong person and they assured me that my number would be remoed and a few days later, another comapny began calling me yet again and stating that same stupid recording "this is an important message for a person with the social security number of a Katherine Rice, but never gives out the social security number and that's not my name.

These people calls me every day or every other day and at times 2-3 times a day. I'm ill dealing with "colon cancer" right now and this is a nusiance, esp. when I'm trying to sleep, so i'm going to file a formal complaint against someone, but I'm not sure who, so I will have to find out who's at the bottom/or top, of all the calls. And I'm about to do it real soon, I can't take it anymore.
