Debt collector from mark morgan and associates. Local 816 and DB Associates

I am not sure why they are calling they would not even leave a name or give any information. If it was a debt collect then they can send me something by mail because I don't know what debts are outstanding but my student loans and I pay those every month.

I couldn't get anywhere with a call back to confirm this is a number they were using.  I'd get a "Your call is important to us.  Please hold for the next available agent."  Called 2 times and waited over 5 mins each time but no agent ever came on the line.  If you are going to "deal" with them use the published number on their website as there is no way to know for sure that this is the agency's number or if it is being spoofed.  It's possible they have the wrong person or the wrong information so follow the advice of the CFPB on what to do when debt collectors call.
