We put them on call block with our cell carrier, so I don't know how many more times they will call.  I have read there are tons of these people operating this way.  Please ask questions.  They don't know important details so therefore they get flustered and trip themselves up.. My attorney called and they refused to speak to him.  It is a sad state of affairs we are in.  Good luck to all of you.

I called the FTC today and filed a complaint with them. They said the next time they call me to tell them I have filed and complaint with the Federal Trades Commission and that will usually stop the calls. I hope so... this is driving me insane. They even told my boss that I am a criminal and when he stood up to them for me, they cussed at him too.

I have been receiving call for two weeks and work and on my cell.  I have asked them to stop calling but they want. They keep calling with a heavy indian accent with court papers. I dont know what else to do.

They call from 717-447-3112 and 888-610-5486 and I believe other numbers.

I have received several messages from this number the guy talks with a strong accent of a middle eastern person.  On June 17,2011 he left me a message identifying himself as an officer. This is harassment and this person needs to understand the trade commission rules governing collection agencies not to harass individuals or pose as an officer this is against the law.

They call about once a month. I have already reported them to the FTC. When I told him this again, he told me it wasn't a bill collector, he was an investigator. They are changing their story. He said I would be receiving documents in 2 days and he will call back to see if I got them. Last time I started sending faxes to his line... just cause it is fun and I know how annoying it is. I will do it again... the fax I'm sending... a blank piece of paper.

These calls, all of them are scams, if you ever applied for a payday loan or any non secure loan online, filled out all your information, this is how they get your information. They harass you and try to scare you into making a payment or even giving them your bank information. It is origination from parts of India, however they use some type of system that will generate a US number. Just dont answer your phone it will stop eventually as far as work, explain the situation it is not your fault people are slime ....
