I just received my first call from this number at 8.57am. I had assumed that as the caller asked if I spoke Russian and then hung up on my replying in the negative, that it was yet another obnoxious friend of my partner, who is Russian, but I'm glad to find that was not the case. These companies are becoming more of a problem.

I miss SunRocket; they had an awesome online interface that you could block individual numbers with. not only are Vonage liars but they rip you off for everything and their services are lame.

they call me every morning at 7.15am. and usually once again in the afternoon.
if i pick up or call back, they ask if i speak russian. when i say no. they hang up.
how do you make it stop?

I get multiple calls from this number daily asking if I speak Russian and then hanging up. I've called multiple times to request that my number be removed from their list and they just hang up on me. Very irritating and becoming harassing.

It is Russian Pulse Telecom known for their harassment and scams. They will call at different times from different numbers with different area codes.
Just don’t give them any personal information no name or address etc.
Call 911 and report harassment.

This is the Russian Phone Co. They call on my cell phone everyday, I asked them to take my number out of their calling list numerous times. No success. never dealt with them. Any suggestions?

Caller keeps calling and asking if I speak Russian or just call and say nothing.  I filed a complaint online with the FCC.  Just google Fcc report telemarketers and fill out the form, it only takes a few minutes.  Maybe they will stop them.

Telemarketing is legal in the USA. Pulse Telecom is an American LD provider with very low rates and a good connection. I am with this company since 3 years ago and for only $24.95/month I can make unlimited phone calls for free in USA, Canada and 16 European countries. You, the so-called annoyed people, can you beat this? If your company gives me a better plan I'll sign with you. But I'm sure can't do this...

Right. Pulse Telecom is an American phone company located in Florida. The so-called annoyed people who claim they were called from Russia everyday and everynight, obviously work for some competitors. Pulse Telecom has many years of experience on the telecom market and nobody closed this company because is legal, it makes money and pays taxes. How comes they have tousands and tousands of customers?

Ha, ha, ha! It's so funny... the so called annoyed people were all Russians. But the truth is no long distance provider has only Russian customers. They have customers from all the countries in the world. How comes no Chinese, Indian, Brazilian, German, Polish... were annoyed by those calls?
And how comes the so called annoyed people stopped replaying? Ha, ha, ha!!!

You are so bad actors, guys! It's obviously yow work for one of Pulse Telecom's competitors.

Report this number to the do not call registry and lets try to get these harassing people to STOP.
