This self same comapny called at 9:24 AM Tuesday August 12,2008.I am keeping track of them in a log book that I can hand over to the DA in our community for prosecution for harrassment

This self same company has called at 8:44 AM.This call is being monitred for th DA in our town and for my own personal law suit aganst the company and the caller for harrasment

There response to my comment 'It wasn't my responsiblity to call my 30 year old child and tell them to call her back'... was....I was told that the caller would take her 30 year old child by the ear and make them call her back.  I finally hung up.

Either Pioneer Credit or Portfolio Recovery.No answer left with answering service.I hereby ORDER these people to CEASE AND DESIST ALL FURTHR CONTACT.If not they WIL face th DA ,the Better Buisnee Bureau and I WILL call thir phone company.NO time left with the service soI  do  not know when they called

This number 718-475-3725 that belongs to Pioneeer Credit called my answering service at 12:25 August 21,2008.They have been warend NOT to call this number.They have been ordered to cease and desist.Now I am going to elt Law Enforcement hanfle ALL thier calls

They call EVERYDAY, several times a day asking for "Nakita".  I have verified EVERYONE in my household, and informed them that I have had my phone number since OCTOBER 2007!  It's hard enough dealing with your "legitimate" creditors calling.  Give us a break.

The number called again.I have pursued this for criminal action.Call came in August 26th around  5 PM Pacific time

Every morning between 8:00am and 8:30am I receive 2 to 3 calls from 718-475-3725, caller I.D. says "Queens NY". That is all I know. After reading the other comments it is obvious they are a collection agency. I, like many others should not and do not have a student loan. I am wondering how these people were able to obtain work phone numbers. They are scammers who figure if they have a big enough net they can scoop up a few people who will send them money and then they close that operation down and start another always one step ahead of the law. If there are enough complaints to the Attorney General's office in NY eventually there will be an investigation.

I had a call on my naswering service from  Pioneer Credit again at 5:19 PM on Thursday August 28th.Again STOP CALLING MY NUMBER,CEASE AND DESIST IMMEDIATELY OR face criminal prosecution.Your calls ARE being monitered and are taken to the local DA and Sherriff's Department for criminal charges.I will aso sue your company and ALL workers! I wil also report you tothe BBB.

Its Pioneer- student loan recovery. They also use 347-689-1052. My case is a case of stolen identity 20 years ago.

these folks call me looking for someone else. maybe it was the person who had the number before me. but anyway, it's a wrong number and i've repeatedly asked them to not call me anymore because it's a wrong number. they continued calling 1-2 times a day,

they say that they wont stop calling me til i give them my personal information.

i filed complaints with the FCC and FTC and it was like as soon as i did these low life scumbags increased the calls from 1-2 to 3-4 a day.

since they wont stop harassing me, every time they call, i just pick up the phone and then as soon as i'm sure i have an live person i just lay the phone down on the counter and let them talk to dead air. the phone display shows that it takes the person about 30 seconds to hang up.

it only takes me about 5 minutes combined of my time a day and i know that i'm making it more expensive for them in resources, time, and personnel. if they wont stop harassing me, then that's the least i can do.

if we all turned this back in on them, i think we could make a big difference.

We have no outstanding loans or student loans.  They keep calling & are rude & refuse our demands that they stop.  They refuse to identify themselves by name or their institution they work for.

I too have been called numerous times by (718)475-3725 and they leave no message or when I answer they hang up on me.  I did however get one person to answer when I said hello but couldn't make out a word she was saying.  I asked her to take me off their call list.  A few days later the calls started again.  I called the number back last night after receiving another hang up at 8:30 pm.  They did tell me who they were looking for which was not me.  I again asked to be taken off the call list and she stated she would.  We shall see.

These [***] called at 8am an hour before I was planning to wake up.  Needed to be well rested for a class I'm teach today.  And them am volunteering until 10pm after work.  So I need my sleep.
Since NO ONE I KNOW would call me at that hour I assumed it was some emergency and ran out to get the phone.  
I had to call them back. No company name, no one answered at first, just silence.  Then someone comes on the line and asks (without identifying herself) how she can help me.  "you f*cking called & woke me, what do YOU want?"  She asks for some random person who has not lived in the US for over a year.  I reiterate that this has been my private cell phone in my name for a long time now.  She CLAIMS she'll take me off the calling list, but I know they've called before, because I've already submitted several DONOTCALL complaints.

These people have been calling me several times a day asking for my ex. How they got my number I have no clue but no matter how many times I tell them they have the wrong number and that this is my personal cell phone they won't stop calling.

These people call about 8am every morning, and in the late afternoon and at night almost every day.  Most times the will not leave a message, the last one that actuallly stayed on long enogh to leave a voicemail just left the reciever by her keyboard while typing and carried on a conversation with a co-worker before hanging up.  This is getting old very quickly.

This people harrassed me calling at my job several times they are broken the law we have to do something about it. My student loan was in 1986 and I never attended that school now they want collect from me $41000.00 and the original loan was $5000.00

Good to know I'm not alone in this. These peopel are rude and condesending. I talked to a girl named Chanel or Chantal or something like that. I've stopped answering my phone unless it's someone I know. I'm a reporter. I'm thinking of doing a consumer piece on this type of harassment.

It is not Student Loan calls. It is a private number and they want to get your credit card #. They say they want to charge monthly student loan payments to it, but it is a SCAM. Do not answer a call from this number.
