I've beed rude to him, saying that I wasn't nterested and to remove my phone number from their lists since they called many times already.

Got a call from this # and said it was the Irs and they were filing a lawsuit. Got a number to call back and give them info. Right.....

Very heavy accent. Said there was something wrong with the windows on my computer.  I felt like messing with them and asked "which one?" Then I asked him for the tech access code. "hang-up"

Said they were calling to inform me that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  And I need to call back at 202-470-0761 to find out about the lawsuit.

Made phone ring long enough to nearly pick up.

Sounds like a scam. Caller ID showed "PAYPHONE". Caller left a voice-mail with poor-quality, robotic female voice who stated, "Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on (360) 489-6074. I repeat, (360) 489-6074. Thank you." I didn't call back and did not call the number provided either.

I received this call today and had a hard time understanding the robotic voice but it did mention a lawsuit and to call back at 360-851-1764. My city has notified us that there is an IRS scam going on and I'm glad I heard the message and not my elderly mother.

Called while I was out - Caller ID said PayPhone 718-758-9741 at 7:51pm since I don't know the number or area code I entered it into google & some of the search entries showed LandLine Verison in NY?

just got irs call saying from payphone. given 519 area code to call

718-875-9741 called me and claimed to be the IRS - on my voice mail with a computer-voice.

Got a voicemail that said they were the IRS and this was their final notice before filing a lawsuit.  Blocked the number after that.

Got an initial call from 845-469-9827 with Caller ID McDonalds!  Telling me that there are bad files on my computer.  Got a call back from this number - 718-758-9741 with Caller ID Payphone - and I told the guy to F#*k Off.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone and they said they were informing me of an IRS lawsuit and to call a different number 206-201-2707 right away. Said it was their final notification. Blah. Calling the local IRS office but won't call this number.

they called stating they were calling on behalf of the irs & that they were about to file a law suit against me I was suppose to press some numbers so I can get more information. its sounds like a scam to me.they going on the blocked list they didn't even know my name.
