I received call on my cell from this number and hung up.

Call from this number today at 5:37 PM with caller ID of Graven Austin (so is probably Austin Graven.... something). Called the number back from a separate phone line to identify the caller and, as reported by others, this was the "do not call removal line for Austin, Graven & Drake." Since our line is on the do not call list, I reported this to the FTC.

Again with the Graven, austin.  I answered in Spanish...they asked for my husband. When I responded in Spanish, they asked if anyone here speaks English.  I responded with "poquito".  They hung up.

Well, not only are they not compliant, but your post reads that they give training to their employees for handling people who don't want solicitation...Hahaha. Their training is to hang up just as soon as you answer or when you say "I am on the Do Not Call list."

Received this number every alternate day at noon time, I've added it as blocked number in my phone.

This company is Graven Austin and Drake.  They are a telemarketing organization out of Colorado Springs, CO and their phone number is (800) 888-6780 or (719) 548-9292.  719-219-3885 is one of their outbound telemarketing phone numbers.

Despite their claims on their website that they scrub their marketing lists, the clearly do not.  What I would like to do is to get everyone I know to repeatedly call them and hang up on them until their phone systems is unable to handle the call volume.  That's what I'd like to do... just provide a little taste of their own medicine!

In reality, every time they call, I complete a complaint with the Federal DNC (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx) and a complaint with my states Attorneys General office regarding our state DNC.

this has gotta stop or I am calling the phone company and tell them I am being harassed!!!

My son got this on his phone.  Obviously a spam call.

Graven Austin & Drake (719)219-3885 They call at least twice every day. Will not leave a message, and will say nothing if I do answer. It does not seem possible to return them call either.

Website services include renewals of free magazine subscriptions to qualified recipients.  The company started out serving as renewal agents for Christian magazines and then branched out to servicing renewal qualification phone calls for secular and technology magazines.  But, before I knew who they were, I entered "pest_719-219-3885 in my caller ID.  

It is easier to renew a free magazine subscription by going online and re-filling the re-qualification forms, than it is to renew by telephone, unless the qualifications interviewer is very polite.

This number calls our business at least 5 times a day. It's really starting to piss me off.

This same thing has been happening to me for months, and I am so fed up!! "He" (Austin Graven) just called for the millionth time about 5 minutes ago. How do we stop this?

That number belongs to a professional recruiting firm.
