Report a phone call from 720-204-1286 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- smileyThis number calls my house like 5 times a day, at all different hours. Yesterday, a call came from this number at 3:30 am!!! I am going to try to answer and not say anything, like "Toe" said to do-we will see what happens...
- CPWell I know it is not "Laura"'s husband, unless he is a Spanish speaking woman.
I get at least 1 to 2 Colorado calls from the 720-204-1286 number a day and when I foolishly
picked up and answered, I got a woman's voice recording speaking in Spanish.

- LeoThis is a SPOOF number. Many companies uses this numbers for their "business" - beware of scams - Just add your phone number to the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY @ https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx
And DO NOT answer the phones for these [***]. - SalHave received numerous calls from this number as late as 9:45PM Eastern, it's a recording in Spanish offering discounted TV service, next time they call I will listen to the entire recording to see if I can get a company name or number to call.
- Candie PI got a call from this number today, after I said hello several times a computer voice popped up saying only "Confirmed" then disconnected. Very disturbing because now the know it's an active cell number.
- jmjust a missed call, no voice mail.
- JonathanFirst, two posters were correct. The first poster was saying that her husband was calling him, and it was because of a VoIP (Voice over IP) service they used, and the second poster stated that Teliax was the name of the company.
I know this as I use Teliax, and this is the number that shows up on the outbound caller ID when I call people.
Historically, using Teliax allowed someone to "spoof" their caller ID, so for sh*ts and giggles, I would call my dad, or friends with a caller id of "666", and the caller ID would appear with "666" on the display. Pretty good if you tell them the devil is waiting to claim your soul when they answer the phone.
However, recent laws, regulations, or rules, have changed the ability to "spoof" your caller id using Teliax. Since you can have multiple telephone numbers under your Teliax Account, they require that your outbound caller ID matches one of the local phone numbers (IE, not toll free such as 800, 866, 877) be your outbound caller id. If you do not use a valid caller ID, they will use a generic phone number, which is what the 720 number is.
To explain the concept of multiple telephone numbers under your account, I could rent 323, 310, 917, 650, 250 area code, plus a toll free number and have it ring back to the phone on my desk, all at minimal cost.
So, if the callers phone system is setup with an outbound caller id that does not match one that they have rented (Excluding Toll Free numbers), Teliax automatically changes it to the 720 number shown.
In other words, 100 completely different companies, all over the world, could be calling you from this number.
Luckily, Teliax keeps records of these calls and can easily trace the call back to the originating party if you indicate the Caller ID number that appeared on your phone, and the phone number they dialed. While they may not release this information publicly, they do keep records and can look this information up (It is apart of how Teliax keeps tracking of billing).
Let me also add that Teliax is used for legitimate reasons - and if you are receiving calls from this number continually, it is not their fault. The best suggestion I have is to contact Teliax (Do a google search for Teliax), and look for their customer service number. I would recommend politely emailing them all the pertinent information, rather then calling, that way you have some type of paper trail of your complaint in the event the calls don't stop. You can find a support email address by following the "About Us" and "Contact Us" links. - jmAfter two silent calls, I've blocked the number. This is a spammer abusing a VoIP system. They aren't sending CPN, so the VoIP system defaults by inserting it's own CPN.
- JoyReceived a call from this number at 2:45 a.m. this morning!!!! My husband answered and got a recorded message regarding renewing a debit card. Of course, he hung up. Will block this number!!!
- Caller: ???
- Joyce720-204-1286 keeps calling, says nothing. Am on the do not call list.
Am fed up with their harrassment. MY phone is paid for by me, and is
for my use.
Why don't the Feds prosecute them. Why don't the State Attorney Generals
prosecute them. Peopl want to be left alone. - JoyceGet many calls from 720 204 1286. Don't answer.
Wish they could be prosecuted for harassment
for about $500 for each call. Maybe it would stop.- Caller: UNKNOWN
- Florida GalObviously a bill collecter. My caller ID says Longmont CO. I don't answer since I don't have a husband but I do have past due debt. Debt collectors must be the only folks hiring in this economic depression.
- sullivanI received a call from this number and an automated voice informed me that my Visa card was being used by a third party and would be declined. Then it asked me to press one to speak with someone regarding this third party charge. Anytime a call from an unknown number calls & asks you to press a number, you run the risk of being connected to another country resulting in enormous charges to your cell phone or they use the number to obtain information on you. I called my bank customer service and they verified this was a scam and not to ever press the button or give any info. Hope this helps.
- mollywho is calling from this number. It was a missed call but I think it has called before.
- Melissa CampbellCalled my phone @ 3:30 A>M> several times I don't know who this is.
- AlexesThey called me 4 times between 4:30 AM and 5 AM. I didn't answer and they just called back every 10 minutes. I had to turn my phone off, because it just kept ringing and ringing!
- AlexesAlso, I don't even HAVE bills yet, so it couldn't always be a bill collector.
- jpfussy13Called four times...in 20 minutes...I did not answer.
