I did request more info towards a work at home ad the other day...they called me at least 10 times today..I finally answered. you speak with live operator and they ask for you to listen to automated recording that's about 5-10 mins long..I'm actually still on the phone listening as I'm typing this.

Throws a good pitch..lol..but this is an affiliate program for Amazon.com. It is NOT a job..it is a Business opportunity..They ask for an investment...in fact they just hung up on me when I clarified this with them and asked if this is the number I can contact them back....I don't know...you do the math and research...!-_-!,..

Wtf this number keeps calling me abour 5-6 times a day, and no ones actually on the line when i answer, but when i try to call it back it says the number cannot be completed as dialed......or its busy... really weird and annoying

at the end of the message it plays when i call this number back says 027T, which is a type of headset, making it easy for people to make multiple calls a day with ease. so its probably either someone bored with no life prank calling random people, or a failed attempt at telemarketing. hopefully no ones falls for this and actually gives them info on any of their credit cards or any personal info.

contact local athoritys and then you have to keep them on the line for 30 seconds to trace the call and sue for harassment or just file harassment charges to the company and it will stop worked for me :)

It is a big joke. Sales Pitch. It takes 6 minutes to listen to the recorded presentation and then they hang up on you when you start asking serious cuestions. (Like I would like you to send me something in writing). They are looking to make money off the weak and broke

they call every single day, usually through out the whole day and its annoying.

Call from this number are coming in each hour; probably automated. They never leave a message and I never answer.

I think they got my phone number because I run a website and my information is in the domain. I'm so mad!!! I'm changing it to private and changing my number! STOP CALLING ME

Clicked a link for a job posting that was just a work at home sales pitch.  Suddenly getting calls from this number.  Surprise.  Received calls at 12:45pm, 1:35pm, 3:13pm.  I'm sure there will be more to follow.  Already initiating a formal FCC claim.

If they are calling on your cell phone, you can get your number listed with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) "Do Not Call" list.  You need to dial 888-382-1222 from the cell phone that you don't want to receive these calls on.  It will have you press a couple of buttons and then you are registered. It takes about 30 days from the day you do it, to when it activates and you shouldn't get calls any more.  After that 30 day period, if you do get a call like this, if you can obtain any info on them you can file a complaint with the FTC and actually sue them.  Might help.  I've been getting a ton of calls from this number too, so I went looking for something to shut them down!!!  Good luck!

Catlover, thanks for the info on registering. I just registered mine, hopefully i'll stop getting calls. I'm sure i'll get a ton more within the next month, but it'll be worth not getting annoyed over anymore. I got several calls from this number yesterday. Times were 10:17 am, 11:32 am, 12;57 pm, 2:25 pm, and 4:18 pm. It's only 10:40 right now where I live and they've already called twice. 9:17 and 10:04. Very annoying. They hang up when I answer, and if I call back the operator says "This is a non-working number:

I too received this call to today 12/9/2011 at 12:25 pm and they claimed to be from Amazon.com and when i spoke to them the first thing i said was that i recently reported another company for sending me a fraudulent check, and the person was not only sarcastic but hung up on me mid-sentence. So I want to make sure that these people are flagged and shut down, also if it helps the caller id showed "Sedalia  CO"

called me 7 times till I answered woman said she was calling to offer me a job offer, gave a pitch, then had to listen to a recording on how to make money with a website they provide and stock with whatever I wish to sell from amazon.com. they will "give" you a 20% com on anything that is sold on the site, and today only they will give you 50% off on the Diamond program (still $195.00) the website for "them" is whatsurniche.com. and NO it's not reg with the BBB, I know I looked there is a Parent company with an F rating listed, and if you check there are "job" offers for call center workers for them. but hey you check it out, do the math....I wouldn't touch this

If somebody hangs up mid-sentence that's a sign the boss was listening in and saw the call going in a way they didn't like so terminated the call.  Most likely a dodgy dealer scared his employee was going to give away too much.
