This is some spam caller who talks about credit card accounts status.

I don't answer if the # is not recognized. Some limitation here, but it beats having to deal with self-serving fools. Got a call in evening hours... not familiar... ignored it.

I got a call. I hit 1 to talk to rep as I don't have a credit card. The rep. said his name was Daniel. As soon as I said how did you get this # he hung up. I tried to call back and mail box was full...Big suprise!!! So I have sent many not too nice texts to him with no replys as of yet. My number is already on the do not call list but the calls from many other #'s just keep comming....WTF!!!!

they hung up, I called back, "the mailbox you called for, (man's voice) "hello" is full.....

Rachel "lower credit card offer select #1"  So I did-- Rick answered and I asked what Credit Card?  He hung up on me.

I called the number back and I got "Hello"  voice mailbox is full.
The call came on my cellphone--JUST weird!

Thanks for your suggestions. I called AT&T, as you suggested, and the woman I spoke with basically said there is nothing they can do in this case. They cannot confirm that the customer's number is being used for fraudulent purposes and/or another person hasn't hacked (phreaked) the phone number for such use. I informed the woman that I am listed on the federal Do Not Call List (all of my numbers are) and she said I should double check, because I must not be on there. Haha! Sadly, I don't think AT&T cares about the issue at all. I'd be interested to hear if others have the same/different results.

Play there game, give them all false info, when the ask for your ss# give them a number made up.

Just answer with "911 emergency?".  I did this about 3 times and they hung up.

Cell phone is registered on t he do-not call, but I don't guess it matters with whomever this is.  Legal recourse?  Any advice?

Whoever is calling me from this number is wasting their time, but nonetheless it is an annoying interruption in my life

This number is one of many that I get. Saying this is Rachel with card holder services we have information regarding your credit card (which I have none not even a card payment) I push one ask them to remove me all the time but of course still getting them at home and on cell phone. I've had one lady ask me for my name and I wouldn't give it to her and I asked for hers and she began to tell me off and hung up.
Today I started telling the guy I keep get calls from many numbers that say the same thing and I have ask to be removed from list MANY times, he just hung up.

I'm going nuts I'm about to call the locate news station.
