I received a text message at 7:35 AM PST on 01/09/24 from (724)542-2059 stating "Your payment verification code is 825779." This appears to be spam and con to trick people.

I received a text in my messaging app giving a “payment verification code” and then it disappeared after clicking on it.

Most likely because it installed malware when you clicked on it.

Got a text at 10:30 last night about a payment verification code from this number. Didn’t click on anything but it seems it’s a scam or the like.

I received a text from this number saying it was my  payment verification, but I didn't ask for one.
Appears to be scam.

I got a text from this number saying it was my payment confirmation code. I didn't make any payments today. Believe from these other posts it a scam. Didn't  click the code given.

i received a text from this number giving a 'payment verification code'. i deleted it, as i suspect it's spam or malware.

as above.  i did not click on the link thank goodness.

Got a text , like everyone else,  stating my payment verification code

"Your payment verification code is [6-digit number]" text arrived at 16:16 2025-01-17. I did not click the verification code number - which appeared to be the only bit that could have contained a link. Reported Junk.
