    Ask for the company name before you get a quote.  They will hang up on you every time.  I've been hung up on half a dozen times.  Kinda fun.

    I was in a meeting and ignored the call on my cell phone, as caller ID didn't recognize it.  Immediately they called again.  I ignored it.  Immediately they called again, so I thought I should answer (I work with children and thought it might be a parent with a new phone number).     And....no one was there.
