I've gotten several calls from this number with no one on the other end.  Finally someone spoke this last time.  I immediately told her of all the calls I've gotten from that number with just dead air and informed her that I'm on the do not call list- state and federal. She said "I'll call you tomorrow then" and hung up!  I wish I had paid closer attention to the company name.  I thought she said it was Calypso Resorts, but I could be totally wrong.

Had seen several calls on my caller id and a couple of times the phone only rang twice and stopped.Answered them 7-12-2008 at 2:38 pm. Young lady named Stephanie #1225 told me I had been selected for a vacation stay at the Calypso Cay  and a place in Datona and a three day cruise to Nassau. After much discussion and incentives offered I told her first that I was on the Do Not Call list whish didn't affect her. Told her I owned a time share and that I didn't need to come to Florida for the 90 minute presentation. She tried everything in the book to entice me to pay $498 up front on my credit card and that it would allow me to take this trip within an 18 month time period. She then reduced the amount to $250 and when I refused this offer she quickly handed me off to a male closer who began a high pressure sales pitch while beratting the time share that we owm saying it was only a 3 star place and that he couldn't understand how I could give up a deal for a five star location in lew of my time share. He then told me, after I told him that I talked to his sales person for 21 minutes (He told me this) because I wanted to hear their pitch out of curiosity, that HE WAS GOING TO BILL ME FOR THIS PHONE CALL BECAUSE I TIED HER UP SO LONG. I told him "I don't think so" and he responded that they had a way of reversing the charges to me. I again told him no when he said that he wouldn't bill my phone for $39 if I took the $250 deal. I said I don't think so and told him politely goodbye since I had successfully pissed him off real nicely. I got some satisfaction. I have sinced passed this information on to Fox news an dwill be following up with the Better Business Bureau.... Word to the wise... Don't give anyone who calls you soliciting you credit card number!!!!!!!

I answered. They say nothing. I hang up. Persistent little buggers, aren't they?

I have received more than 10 calls in any one day from this phone number. Nobody answers when I answer and they hang up.  When I call the number back, i am told it is a non working number.  I am on a Do Not Call National Registry.

I receive missed calls every day 3-4 times from this number.

Continuous calls from this same number 727-798-4621.   Same "MO" as in above comments.  Have reported to AT&T Annoyance Call Center and local police.

8/07/2008 - 5 Calls,  8/08/2008 - 4 Calls, 8/11/2008 - 3 Calls, 8/12/2008 - 9 Calls, 8/13/2008 - 4 Calls so far...

All of these to our cell phone.  Number has been on the Do Not Call list for over a year.  Last year, they called, selling Timeshares.  Told them not to call, we were on the DNC list and they laughed.  Said if we wanted them to stop calling that we needed to change our number because Verizon sold them our number.  Called Verizon, they said they do not sell wireless numbers because it is illegal for telemarketers to call cell phones.

Called the number back from our regular phone and get "not a working number."  If the number isn't working then why are they still calling me from it?

Have been reporting this number to the FCC on a daily basis.  Not sure how long it takes for them to do something but in the meantime, these jerks are wasting my minutes!

I my cellphone rings 1 time and they hang up.  ive even tryed answereing it on the first ring and still nothing. they call me 4 times a day monday - friday and its pissing me off.

They called 2 times in one day. The first time I told them I had gotten rid of my timeshare. The second time they called and said I won some trip. I told them I was not interested and the gal said, "for what?" I said the trip. she said "to where?" I said I didn't care where I am not interested and am on a no call list. she said she was "just messin with me" and then mumbled a bunch of stuff. I kept asking what she was saying. finally she hung up on me.

With so many people complaining about this, you would think it would stop. We have had at least 6 calls with no one there.

Listened to the whole sales pitch.  4 nights Orlando, 2 nights Daytona, 2 nights cruise from Fort Lauderdale, 3 years to use, $298.00.  Their address is (supposedly) Vacation Promotions, (aka 4yourgetaway.com, vpgetaways.com), 6014 US Highway 19, Ste 100, New Port Richey, Fl 34654.  Customer service phone is 800-684-2064 (I found -2058 on another website).

5 calls in 2 days! I never answer but they keep on calling. There has to be a way to close this company

they call me about 3-5 times a day and i picked up and one time there was no answer and another time i picked up she said she was from calypso whatever that is. they are just salespeople. also when i tries to call it back it said it was a non-working number like everybody else has said.

I have gotten calls from this number (727-798-4621)in the past few months and 4 times in the past 45 minutes. I never answered. One time it called my cell then my fiance's  soon after when I didn't answer. Something's gotta give with all these complaints. Not on the DNC list, and from what I have read, no sense in doing that if it isn't stopping them. Don't know if all of you read the post before, but here it is. I'm gonna try it.

Want to stop these calls?

Call the first number and ask to have your numbers removed from their list.
And two, if they continue to call, do back to them what you are getting.  Call the numbers and then (dial *67 first so that it blocks your number to them) and then leave long nonsense messages and also keep calling back over and over and over and over.   If many people do this, it will disrupt their business in return.
