Received a call but did not answer since I do not answer calls from strange numbers.  Tried to call back but line stays constantly busy.

Do NOT participate in this Credit Card scam that promises to lower your interest rates!

got a call at 2:25 on Monday, 6-27-11 in south Texas ... did not pick up since I didn't recognize the number or area code ... I get so tired of scammers and solictors, especially when you are looking for work and expecting (hoping) to get calls from numbers you don't know.  I figured if it was a legit employer, they would have left a message.  Then I went to my computer to try a reverse look-up, and found this site.

This is Ann with Account Services with some good news This is your official notice that effective today you are now eligible to lower your Credit Card Interest rates to as low as 1.9% The Federal Reserve has just lowered the interest rate as a stimulus to help the economy. In order to lower your credit card rates. You need to respond immediately before your eligibility expires. Please consider this your final notice. Press 1 now to speak with one of our customer service agents.

Hey Ann, I sure do hope this is really my final notice. Somehow I think you'll call again....

Received a call from this number 6-30-11 but no one said anything and then hung up.

they hang up when you ask what company they are from

Got a call from this number at 8:49 PM EST, which was bad enough (I'm immediately distrustful of anyone who calls me after 8 PM), but then after the recorded spiel about lowering my credit card interest rates, I performed the obligatory "press 1" and got a live rep who, as soon as I asked him to put me on the "do not call" list, promptly hung up on me. Attempts to call the number back resulted in a message saying that it was not a working number. Surprise, surprise...

Credit Card Scam... DON'T GIVE THEM ANY INFO... They just want your CC #

It's a debt consolidation/lower your credit card rate...with a "press 1" to talk to one of our professional account managers..which actually lead to a real person who hung-up as soon as I asked for the name of the business.  (I was hoping to get something from them so I could report them for calling a DO NOT CALL registered number.)

Just asked Mr. Unknown if he had a supervisor, and was sitting at home in his undies. He hung up.

Calls me but there is no message left.

CALLER ID said "Tennessee"
No message was left on answering machine.
I called the number. Recording on the other end "found in our data base". CLICK!
After reading everything here....I can't wait for them to call me back.

Received a call from this number on my home phone at approx 3 p.m. on July 1, 2011 ... I do not answer calls if the number is not familiar ... however, I called the number from my cell phone and received a recorded message, part of which was cut off, but the end was "data base" ...

I am regiesterd with the "Do Not Call List" and do not understand why calls are coming thru ...

got a call to lower my cc interest.  they only ask questions, they won't answer any.  if you ask enough questions (3+) they hang up on you.  definately scammers.

They started calling us today.  They called 3 times.  The 1st time we answered and no one was on the phone.  Then they called an hour later and we let it roll to answer machine as well the 3rd time and no response.

We are also on the Do Not Called list.

Seems like these scammers have been busy little bees lately.  We just received the same b.s. recorded message about lowering our credit card interest rates supposedly because "the Fed just lowered interest rates."  Baloney.  The only action the Federal Reserve can take is to raise rates at some point in the near future if 'stagflation' becomes more of a reality (and because rates can't be lowered any further).  We didn't bother pressing "1" to speak to some rude [***], but we always report these calls to the 'do not call' website.  NEVER GIVE THESE IDIOTS ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS!

Ditto - waited for rep - it's about "lowering your credit card interest rate".  I just wanted them to stop calling, got male rep - asked for his name and he hung up...

just got a call from this number. no message was left. i called the number bk from my cell phone (the call came into my home phone) but from my cell phone said found in data base. But when I called it back from my home number they said not found in data base
