It's SQM. A satisfaction company doing a survey. Mine was from horizon BCBS

Wow! I got into a little argument when I called my insurance carried and they "needed" my contact #. When I gave him my work # he said they cotld not accept and it had to be my personal home or cell #. When I asked him why he said he didn't know. I gave him my cell, told him not to give it out and for carried bever to call it. Now I get a calk from a survey company about the company service. I think I have a legitimate complaint.

I have received two calls from this number, but they did not leave a message. I called the number back and the company name is called "SQM GROUP". I have never heard of them before. When you call them, it gices you an option to delete your number from their list. I hope this helps!

Please be aware.  It seemed that survey company calling regarding to HORIZON BLUE CROSS insurance, i just hang up because they need my voice saying “yes”.  This “yes” would be recorded and will be used for fraud case that you agreed to purchase something.  Careful those telephone survey required your own voice saying something.

Got calls from this number twice today. Read the previous comments here, makes sense. I recently called horizon blue cross blue shield. Not interested in taking a survey, of the continue calling it'll be in the block calls area they go.👋

I called Horizon BC/BS yesterday. I also took a survey at the end of my call with them. If it’s another survey company regarding the same interaction, I don’t need or want to take another survey!
