- RobinThese people have called me today at 8:10am, 1:00pm and 4:45pm! They never leave a message and I'm getting tired of these calls
- Annoyed and Scared! These people called me four times...twice today and twice yesterday. Left two voicemails, one was a bunch of mumbling that I couldn't comprehend, and the other was a recorded message saying that this was an important call and that I should stay on the line, but it turned out to be a guy who said "hello? hello?" and kept calling me Terrence. I don't know any Terrences and I'm really creeped out. How did these lowlifes get my number? I want them to stop!!
- AndyThey don't leave messages because per FDCPA law they are only allowed one point of contact per day. If they leave a message then they wouldn't be able to call back later and have a chance of collecting that comission. Keep in mind these are desk jockeys with no decision making capability trying to meet their quota. Google "debt validation" and "cease and desist" letters. Send them one of each, to prove that you owe the debt and get them to stop calling. By federal law they must comply.

I try to call back and only get a really loud whistle type sound which hurts my ears. I am not behind in any bills so I have no idea why they would be calling me anyway. I can't even talk with anyone on their end to get my number removed from their calling list. My hubby works midnight shift and these calls keep coming at all hours. It is ridiculous, rude, and harassing. How can we stop this?
Their phone number is 732-941-0140- Caller: Oxford Management
- privatedespicable no matter the reason. these pieces of crap calling repeatedly (daily), often at 8:30 at night, have not a clue of what to say. Their silence speaks volumes: SCAMMERS. Google the National and and your State DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, and register both YOUR house phone and cell numbers; then promptly report all future calls. this problem is increasing greatly - NEEDS QUICK ACTION - following each report to the Fed and State DO NOT CALL Reporting Center. NEVER CALL THE SCAMMERS BACK. They are likely tyring to gain control over your phone line.

- private replies to Jhs fk'emVery bad advice. NO ONE should attempt to contact these dirt bag scammers in any way. What are you thinking??? Do not give these thugs aces to YOUR phone line. INSTEAD, register for the Federal and Your State Do Not Call List. Then, you can call in and report each call you receive. These callers will be promptly traced by the above authorities, NEVER CALL BACK TO AN UNKNOWN!
- SharonIt is a COLLECTION AGENCY. Most likely, not looking for YOU as they are following records that in the past, a family member, friend etc, may have given your phone number as a back up call. Such as , going to the doctor or hospital. The paper work is turned over to these agencies and they follow the info that SOMEONE else gave them. So, they don't pay, and YOU get the Collection Calls, hoping you'll fill in the persons where abouts and contact info. I told the guy to google the name...all that info is there.

- 8 replies to Valerie| 1 replywow your 13 year old daughter has a cell phone. what a poiled brat she must be very important and full of herself if she has to have one. you are probably just like her like mother like daughter [***]
- Amiej63 replies to 8Wow Valerie.... I suppose you had a really bad morning. My ten year old has a cell phone. My child is deaf and that is my means "texting" of reaching him when he isn't at home. There are many reasons kids have cell phones and the top of the list isn't because they are brats.
- DO THISThis company won't stop calling me either, so this is what I'm going to do.. After several times of telling them to stop calling and take me off the list, they continue, so: I've already been listed on the government Do Not Call List, and I've repeatedly told them to stop. So now I can report them and they can have huge fines and be shut down
- bob o'louie replies to Kylecall your cell company and have the number blocked
- JuleaCall from a collection agency, manned by foreign morons, wanting my EX-son-in-law. I know they don't believe anything you tell them, but he really is my ex-son-in-law and he and my daughter have been divorced for over six years which makes me question the validity of the debt. All the heavily accented caller wants, apparently, is to confirm MY phone number. They call about three times a day and each moron says they will remove my number, but they don't. They aren't interested in his number or his mother's number, but just want to confirm that they actually called my phone number. Why?????
I got his and his family's numbers by quizzing my granddaughters which makes me feel awful, and I finally got the little hussy who called today to write them down. (Maybe) My only recourse seems to be to not answer when I see their number. This is a really stupid way to do business on their part and I can't imagine what they hope to gain from it unless they're hoping I put pressure on the ex-son-in-law. I don't talk to him and he lives five states away, judging by the area code.- Caller: Oxford Management

- susanCalled the number back and kept hitting 1.. A gentleman answered, as soon as I said, "I got a call from you"..he hung up.
Now, on November 23rd I faxed over and over 25 times to their corporate headquarters that they are calling the same last name, but wrong person. I also filed a FTC complaint ( printed out the complaint #) and , Today...they are at it again. So, I repeated the faxing with the FTC page over and over...and I will contact the NJ Attorney Generals office. Gotta luv the $59 Brother fax machine as it gives the incoming calls on a printout...and there their phone number again!!!- Caller: Oxford Management
