I just got a call from the same number from "USCB" lol. Don't worry these dudes are fake..

This caller is calling both my cell phone and my Unlisted home phone number over and over again telling me he is Detective Robert Brown,(with a foriegn accent) from USCB (united States Crime Bureau)
Case#1734BC. But will not give me any more information..when i told them i want to know what it is about he got mad and said i was rude to him and he is calling the police to come arrest me right now..
I looked them up on SPOKE.COM and see that this number (214)446-1861 ext 246 is a SCAM and they have 1,446 complaints on that one number..
I called Police Dept,BBB, Channel 30 Crime and FBI. I told them i know they are a Scam and do not call my numbers again or i will file charges.. He told me to just wait where i am and Police will be here to arrest me.
The number was from Dallas Texas..but i told him he is calling from out of the country and i know what they are doing..I am a 68 year old heart patient on So Security..not putting up with those CROOKS!!

The person identified himself to be Officer David Marshall, he called from Phone # 214-446-1861, ext 155. Said that i have a case # 8595BC and said about my name and social security number had some issues regarding this and mentioned about a loan from payday advance for a certain amount was placed into our account. This money never showed up in our account and he went on to mention that i had to pay this certain amount or criminal charges and or jail time was evident to happen. The amount that i had to send him was 689.00 which was a OOCR and that i had to go to Walmart  and get a GreenDot Moneypac card for this amount and to call back with the activation code. Had only a certain amount of time to do this. Also a Officer Mike Davis spoke to me during this time also. So thru the panic of it all i did this and called them with the # , he said he would call back in 2 hours and never did. When i tryed to call back , no answer. I feel like such a jerk for falling for this and not checking on this before i called him with that number from the Moneypac card. Hate people for doing this to us, but it makes us more aware than ever that you have to be so careful and not give any information out at all until you are completely certain it is legit.

gotta love these jerks. they calledme 29 times in one day. somehow they funnell their international number thru a unused US number. total scam. they even have called my work and said i have a restraining order. funny how they have no idea about our laws. if they call you file charges

I got the same calls. They called my job first several times and when another employee told me these same people are on the phone. They said that I would go to jail because I accepted money from some loan company. I told them that they don't have to get anyone to arrest me because I was going to go to the police station myself. I told them and they said to ignore the calls because if it was that serious, they word have to get a certified document. Anyway, I called them back and then the cornious thing happened. I asked them to I form me of what I did and the man was suppose to get the info then All of a sudden, you hear fire sirens and him acting like he was telling a partner to pull over. Now your on a chase but at the office at the same time trying to get the information on my wrong doing? Hmmm

I received phone calls from a guy also. From a so called company from United States Crime Bureau. They are such SCAMMERS!!! Saying I was going to be arrested in a couple hours for a payday loan place that I've never heard of. And on top of that payday loans are illegal in the state of GA. Obviously they didn't do their homework. They are worthless evil people!!

I just had the exact same thing happen to me.  I called the state police and alerted them.  I got the badge number and the phone number and called "Mike" back... he laughed and hung up the phone.

I got a call from these guys for one of employees and I took it upon my self to find out who they were. They are on the corner of Sycamore and N. Collett in Dallas, TX. If anyone is in the area, go harass them!!!!!

I received the same phone message on my work phone only 30 min ago...I am so glad that I looked on line to see if this was legit or not. Thank you

My wife received a call at her work from a officer David Marshall of the USCB (United States Crime Bureau) from phone number 1-813-421-5621 saying we had to pay them $500 with in a hour which we did not do. So we played the cat and mouse game with him for awhile and looked up the info on line and found it to be a scam. We have contacted local police,FBI,Consumer Finance and also the State Attorney General of Florida where is call came from. If anybody has any other departments I can call please let me know as these people need to be stopped!!!

Oh great to make things even better she just received a call from a supposed Attorney General named Steven Johnson from 1-916-469-8824. When I called them it sounded like the same people from the previous call just with a different number. To save my wife the agony of dealing with this i just changed her phone number.

The reply s stating to call these people because they help. are the very people perpetrating this crime. Get their number and report asap to FTC. FTC are vigorously trying to track these people down.

Also beware of Green DOT card. They are involved with these people too.

I just had a call from a man stating to be Officer David Johnson from the United States Crime Bureau stating that he has a warrant for my arrest and that I took out a cash advance for $500 this year (2013) and that I never paid a dime back. My response at first when I got the message to call back for a legal matter of coarse I called but to only find out that this was bull crap. I never took out a payday loan and he was crazy. I told him to send the police and arrest me. DON'T send any money until you have something in writing from the company that you may have done a cash advance. BEWARE

I just received at least 20 calls at work regarding this same matter.  It was Officer Mike Davis and Officer David Marshall and they were threatening me with jail time for a payday loan I knew nothing about.  They were very insulting and would not stop calling unless they spoke to my superivsor (which they didn't).  It was quite embarassing for this to happen at work and they were relentless.  How do people like this live with themselves?

Officer, David Johnson... called with the same stuff. Money cash advance, has issued a warranty against me of a loan that I once submitted. Asked if I've had an lawyer, I replied I will have one. If I've receive this call again. He stated well have your standing by...

1 210-957-5344 called me also. Saying they were from uscb but he said his name was Mike Jones. I then told him that's funny cause that's the name of a rapper Mt brother used to listen to,  haha. He couldn't give me any information on what I was being charged with or who was actually charging me. I asked why everyone was from India in the center and said it was an obvious scam and hung up. I called the police from where I'm from. The officer called the number and called me back saying uhm yeah its definitely a scam, I knew it as soon as he started cursing at me.

This is the third time in like 4 years I've had scammers call me. I've never fallen for it but am sooooo annoyed that people do this Crap and call you 50 times a day!

I keep receiving phone messages from a man with a heavy accent claiming he works in legal department of u.s. crime bureau 210 957-5344 ext 127. He keeps threaten me that the fbi will be getting my information an arresting me. I want to file a compliant.

I can barely understand your english, let alone the ridiculous statements you are making. I have one delinquent account I'm in debt to, and it's certainly not any of your business. And I'm working on it thank you very much. This playing-on-the-fear-of-Americans game is going to be no bueno for you, my friend. It's going to come back and bite you in the *$$. Hey FBI, please go rough up these losers who threaten me about social security issues, my income and my family. Thanks.
