Shame on these women who pays to get visa through online intimacy, their names should be blocked on US immigration FOREVER

I was scammed by the person with the same number and with the same story! We talked for months and thought it was for real. I was such a fool. I gave him about $1000!

He is using this number to scam people. Please report this person. Well, for sure he has nothing that's why he's doing this. You will receive something, for sure! Poor guy (Jaden T.- name he used)

He is here in Hongkong. I dated him for 6 weeks. He has been working here since November 2017. The company assigned him here. He cheated on me and offered the same thing to the other girl.

Karen was here months ago and will not be back to see your question.  Sounds like you are concerned about a Romance Scammer, and probably with good reason.  If you have not met this person, and they are asking for money, that is one sign of a Romance Scam.
They will invent some very sad stories to trick you - but trust your instincts. If you were not already worried about this person, you would not be checking on a phone number here.

When you said “dated”, you mean dated in person? Do you know his real name?
