Seems like these folks are working their way East - I just received their call 20 min ago - SCAM

Trying to get credit card information.

They're calling in Tennessee now. I press talk and immediately press off. Unfortunately, I guess people are still falling for these scams.

For those of you who are on the National do not call list you are still going to get SCAM calls. That list was designed to stop
real businesses from calling. Scammers are not real businesses and they could care less about it. Rule of thumb....If you don't recognize the number don't answer the call

I got two calls from that number and did not answer. They did not leave message. My number is from California, but I am in Florida. Good to know that it is a Scam call. Thanks.

Scam called. Rockford IL

Called my cell while I was on the jon.  Opened the flip phone and dropped it in the terlit.
I won't be any more all from this number...or any other numbers.

Why sure, I'll give you all my credit card numbers, SSI and DOB. Anything else you need?

I got a call this morning from them. No message . I didn't answer the call. I called back and said this number cannot be completed as dialed. Strange .

The number on your CID is a spoofed number made to look as if you are being called from within the U.S.. This a common scammers trick as it cloaks the real number which is usually based in India. The same trick is used for "windows virus scam" and the "IRS warrant for your arrest " scam. They use random number generators to call from computers that is why this call is moving so fast round the country. They don't know where you are or even which time zone you are in.

I'm in NY! Also got a call from that number! I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize.  Thanks for the info, very helpful! Another # to add to the block list

Received call from 7407103105  on cell phone in Hawaii. I did not answer, and no msg was left. So I checked out this site. Thanks for the info all of you.

No message left- another blocked number.
