You've got to be kidding me, calling me at 10:00 p.m.  I was so angry that I wish I had done a better job to understand the name of the company.  She said she was calling from Houston, and she knew that it was 10pm.  She said that she tried to call earlier in the day but that we didn't answer. She said Reliant Home...I interrupted before she could finish.  Have 3 kids trying to sleep!

just received this call today (10/06/11) at 9:45pm these people knew my name, address and everything, kind of a scary BS and just to get rid of them I tryed to give a wrong address and they told me that the address they have was different and this lady kept repeating my real address. She said her name was Alexandra Smith ext 1501, and that the company is on the greens point area and that the local phone number was 832-300-0166 that they were completely bonded and insured!!!  Just now I was trying to find any info about this company and instead I found all this I'm truely disappointed and scare at the same time on how easily people can get information now in days

This SH.. person called but I did not pick it up. I called back but phone was engaged.

Just got a call. Told them off. U want to know how they get your info? Simple at&t ,Verizon and the like any phone comany have been outsourcing to India, Phillipines, Russia and so one. They have access to all of your information. Until we get so outraged and ask our politians to stop this it will only get worse. We are being sold out by large corporations who only want to make the. Millions and put Americans out of work. And a president,congress and the house that turn a blind eye. So let them know u won't stand for this.

How do we get the DA to do something about this company.  I too am on the do not call list.  I get calls all hours or the day and night.  I'm done.

In my case the phone rep "James" told me they were licensed by the State of Texas. I asked what license that could be that involves air duct cleaning (or carpet) and he didn't know. Also asked for a local phone number and he refused. Wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor, then told me the supervisor said to go to their web site for any other questions.

1. Caller ID number is false (746 is an invalid area code)
2. Provided a false business name, "Reliance Home Care"
3. Claimed to be "licensed" by the State of Texas.

All of these are potentially serious violations of the TCPA,Truth in Caller ID Act, and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. I left phone messages at both the Houston & Dallas offices and no one has returned my call. I suggest taking a photo of the phone handset showing the false Caller ID info and making notes about the call. The telemarketers calling on behalf of John Mowrey and Nathan Mowrey  and MAY be affiliated with the Tom with Home Protection, home alarm dealers.
