They too have been leaving messages -both Amber and David. And well, upon hearing their messages I told myself that these are yes scams coz they dont tell you what company they're from or who they're exactly looking for. Leaving a message saying that they have legal papers to serve when they dont even say who its for and ask you to call back. I dont call back of course coz if it were really for me, the company needing to deliver those legal papers would know where to send it.

OMG, do they ever stop; how did they get my # in the first place?

Have received several calls from "Amber Knight". Same messages as everyone else here are getting. I called them and when they asked for my address, I gave them the address to my local Sheriff's Dept. as if it were my address.  Let them mail whatever, to whomever to them

Received a call today from Amber Knight, the message stated "my office is trying to reach you concerning your file, I am concerned that you may not be aware of the current situation.  In my household there are
5 people and Amber didn't say who the message was for.  I didn't even bother returning the call.

Amber Knight- Urgent, I talk with you a current situation has developed. This is not a solicitation call.

Same message as Charlie - called back from a different phone number and no answer.  2nd day in a row now, I hope this doesn't last for a year like some other people!

Got a call from this number 2 days in a row with an automated message saying to press1 to speak with an agent immediately. This is a new number so I assume they are looking for someone else, but there is no answer when I press 1 or when I call back. Why have your system call me if you are unavailable? I hope this isn't a scam that's going to show huge charges on my bill....ID simply says Chesapeake VA

I called back and was informed that this # belongs to CKS Law Firm and their site is http://ckslaw.com/. I was informed they do many "things," but the girl I spoke to refused to explain what these "things" are. There is no reason for them to be calling me, so I requested that all calls cease.

got a call from David Walls -- at a family members house asking for me.  Left a message that it was urgent that "I" call ASAP.  Mind you, I have never lived at their address.  

Go Figure.  
I am not calling however, I do hope they do not harass my family members with their nonsense.

Got a call from 7572960105... I dont answer if I do not know the number so I let it go to voicemail. When I listened to it a lady named Amber Knight said her office is trying to reach me concerning my file and that she was concerned that I may not be aware of the current situation and left a number to call her back at. I called the number back and another lady answered I told her I had a missed call from an Amber Knight...she told me that Amber was currently on the phone with someone else and asked if I was someone I cant remember the name now but I told her no one by that name is at this number she went on to say this must have been a wrong number so I hung up. I thought it was a bit fishy that they never said anything about what company they are with the only reason I even called back was to make sure they were not someone I am expecting a call from.

I just recieved a phone call from Amber saying that it is very important that I call her only she did not say who she was calling.  When she says my name, I will call her back, but until then.............

Had a message left, no name for who it was for, said it was to notify me of a legal situation that I may not be aware of. That I should call this lady back ASAP. No company given or any other information given.

I got a call from Amber Knight today saying that there was a situation with my file I may not be aware of.  After seeing the posts here, I filed a complaint with the FTC.

Voice messages two days in a row from a caller named Amber Knight are demanding that we call her immediately at 757-296-0105...she states that it is an urgent matter...she does not state her company name or who she is calling for...we have no reason to think it is for us and we have had the same phone number for over 15 years....

They call everyday and leave message about my case and a file and it's urgent, but never ask specifically for someone, nor do they ever say what company they are calling from. I have been on the do not call list since the day i opened my phone account.Every indication that they are scammers.

Got a call saying they was going to serve papers on me in my county summary to be served case number 275956. saying his name was David Burke

LAdy left a message saying she is amber wright. sounds serious but BIG SCAMMERS

Received a call from David Wells 757-296-0105; a Ms. Smiley 757-296-0119 and a Lauren 757-204-6375 all stating they have my file and/or documentation on their desk and need my participation, input and a return call before they move forward on an unidentified matter. Be for-warned. Don't call them....I haven't. Pure harassment!
