I purchased windows with Melani Brothers a couple years ago; the windows were installed in every room.  Apparently the person who installed the windows did not seal them the right way and it caused water damage in my house.  I contacted them and let them know about the issue and they sent someone out there to reseal the windows.  When the guy arrived he knew exactly who installed the windows and he said that guy had been fired.  I asked why and he said because our house wasn't the first house that had water damage.  I spoke with his boss prior to them re-sealing our windows and he said he would also have someone fix the wall damage as well as the laminate flooring damage.  This was over two months ago and me and my wife have been trying to get a hold of someone from Melani brothers, but no one will call us back.  We have left plenty messages, but still no one will call us.  I tried to call that number that you all are complaining about and still no answer.  I am running out of patience and considering just filing a law suit.

I FEEL YOUR PAIN!!!! I heard Melani Bros is no longer in business as of January 2012. If you drive by the showroom, you'll notice that it's COMPLETELY empty !!! It's at 2025 George Washington Memorial Hwy in Yorktown.Good Luck !!!!!!
