There are lots of posts about this company under multiple different phone numbers since they keep changing their number. This is just the latest in what seems to be a long line. I wish this site had and option to cross reference using company’s name not just phone numbers that way we could really see how many of us are posting about them! SO far I have found the following numbers associated with Regional Credit Solutions (RCS) previously known at Regional Credit Works: 855-204-2789, 757-777-3333, 877-216-6040,

I got a msg from the (757) 777-3333 number stating "This message is intended for my name, This is litigation count for Charles, Thomas calling on behalf of our C. S. Incorporated in references civil case 260897 that is been placed in my office up for final review listing. Is it possible to send it in the civil claims. I've been distributed pursue further action. Under the social ending in ####. Please be advised. At this point that equity issue summons. Maybe really see home address as well as a place of employment at that time note that legal proceedings may take place their forties in your best interest to have you self for your retain counsel contact our office today. I can be reached directly at (855) 204-2789, my direct extension is 461. Please Note, This call has been recorded for medication and documentation purposes."

They seem to have my correct ss#.  Had calls like this before from indian accented ppl claiming their names were John Martin.  Bullsh*T!  but they seem to know ss#'s...what can u do about these annoying ppl!!

I just want to put my experience on the record here for anyone who is or has been harassed by these animals.
They will call you over and over and over again with the bogus claim that you owe hundreds or thousands of dollars for a loan. They will then say are you related to person A or person B.
They have been calling my cell phone about 4 weeks now, about every other day. A woman with a childlike voice named "Ms Tyler" spoke with me claiming I owed $750 for a loan in 2011. She then stated, you are related to person A  and person B.... which I was not related to either names. She began to get very aggressive when I said I had no idea who those names were and they were not relatives of mine. In a near screaming voice she said (verbatim)--- "You don't work, you don't pay your bills. We are gonna have you put in jail and we want our money now or we are calling the sheriff "
I laughed, and said, that I hoped they would call the police. After I said a few choice words to Ms Tyler, she hung up. This was four weeks ago. The games continue with the calls that never end. I usually just click deny call, but sometimes I am in the mood to mess around with them and give them their own medicine.  Just be aware that they are a small group of people truly out to steal your money.  100% scam

I'm down for a class action suit..I answered the other day and told the gentleman to quit calling me..he told me I was crazy.

When is the Police or FBI going to post comments to this blog??. Will it take one of their children or family members to become a victim to end this???  And how do they acquire cell phone numbers, anyway??  This caller has to have obtained personal data about all of us or they wouldn't call.

These people are relentless..they have harassed my parents and my sister over the last few weeks. They keep calling my cell even after I have made attempts to block the number. Found out today they have also been calling my ex-wife. I don't owe anything!!!

These people called saying "We have tried to contact you for the last several weeks. " I just let them leve messages. They get your information if you have ever borrowed from a payday store or anyting like that. Even after you paid the debt they will try to scare you. It is all a game to scare people that have actually taken out things like that over the internet. DO NOT PAY THEM!!!

I am so glad I goggled this number. I will be contacting my attorney generals office today. These people have been calling my home and work non stop. I actually decided to call them back last week and told Mr Armad to quit calling my work and asked him for his address and fax number to give to my attorney and he refused. He purposely keeps leaving detailed messages with the last four digits of my SS# and a case #. I am all in on a law suit. This [***] is going to stop. They have pissed off the wrong one.

I am so glad I Googled this. I've got messages from a stern woman referencing a case number. She told me  have to settle before they serve me a summons to appear in court.  Se ended with Good Luck.  I was like WTF????  i WILL NOT BE PAYING THEIR [***] ANYTHING...ESPECIALLY ATTENTION!!!!

they keep calling me at home and on the job leaving messages that i am gonna be served etc
i have no clue who these people are because every time they call it is a different person

this number has been calling my cell phone ...at least twice a day for weeks...you cannot make out what they are saying and they start at 8 o'clock in the morning

RCS had called 14 times in the last 7-8 weeks, 757-777-3333, leaving messages to have my Atty call them and left a File # , saying, it has been referred to an investigator for review. Could hardy understand the name left on the Voice mail. Called FTC and reported them. I was given a Reference # and was advised not to pick up the phone when they call (w/c I have done all the time). TOTAL SCAM.

I don't have a lot of money but if someone starts a suit against RCS I will help pay attorney fees! They are calling my 93 year old grandmother scaring the hell out of her! They're going to pay for messing with my family!

I had an encounter with this company today. I was told I made an agreement (not true) then the lady(asian) told me that all you people do is steal money and to go back to my ghetto. I did not deserve this kind of treatment.

This company needs to be stopped they are crazy!
