They tried to get me to verify my SS#, and got really rude when I said "Hell no." Just like tyou all have said -- they speak fast. They are trying to bully you into thinking you have to give them personal info like that. I'm keeping track of all calls they make to me, and filing a complaint. I guess with the Federal Trade Commission?

These people called me and started screaming at me.  Listed off my entire social security number and things on my credit report.  Saying they turning me in for 2900 of unearned income and I am like wtf!  I dont even know who these people are telling me to contact an attorney within an hour to call them back, wont tell me who they are representing and then when I called them back michelle de silve said are you going to pay the bill or not and Im like what bill!  told me not to call them back, called back 3 times and she said if you keep calling us I am getting you for harassment and then blocked my number!

These scam artists just called me also.  First a lady asks me to verify my name, I comply, then rattles off my social security number and wants me to verify it.  I tell her I am not going to discuss in any way my social security number to a random caller.  She gets very rude and says "well, if hadn't interupted me I was about to say ""don't answer yet. I'm transferring you to a secured line. I'm transferring you now.""  Then a man came on and wanted me to verify my SS#. I told him the same thing I'm not going to discuss any personal data to a random caller, but if he will tell me what this is regarding, I'll try to help, if I can.  He started shouting over me that he was not asking for random information and that he needed this information before he could tell me what this was regarding and that if I didn't give it, I would suffer the consequences.  I hung up on him.  Had it not been for their extreme lack of professionalism, I might have eventually fallen for their scam and I certainly would not have looked them up had they not been so extremely rude.  Thank you all who have posted information about this scam artist.  I have had my identity stolen before and don't ever want to go through that again.

Smart-alecky rude guy called from this number asking for someone by name (they had maybe had my phone number in the past).  When I told him this, he spontaneously hung up on me.

they called me this morning and immediately transferred the call to another person.  That person was very rude, and pretended to not hear me, keep asking "are you there, hello?"  Then she kept going on and on about some debt and wouldn't let me speak.  Then threatened to file a 1099 form to the IRS as canceled debt if I didn't pay.  She finally allowed me to speak, and when I said "do what you need to do, report it to IRS." and she said "Well, what's your worst case scenerio?"  I ask "What do you mean?"  she replies "What is the least amount of money you can pay us?"  I realized that they have no intention of taking any legal issues (even if there was any), I can prepare myself for it even if they tried.  So I answered, "not a penny" and hung up.  Do your research and do not be fooled into paying money to these a$$wipes.
