I got a call at work telling me to call Kevin Peterson well when I got through the could not answer my questions and hung up on me when I got through again the other told why you keep calling here it is to late police are coming.g to arrest you. BS.  So I text that number and told them all about RICO ACT FBI HOMELAND SECURITY JUSTICE DEPARTMENT. and that crook kirit Patel and they are located in western India in Ahmedabad. Tell them to drop dead. I look forward to them calling me I have mean Indian accent to use on them. Slum dogs. Plus I work with some India people. They answer the phone. These jerks just made my day.

These are boiler room slum dog types calling to get your money do not fall for it use you western India accent and tell him the cow out side is his ancestors and you will cut the head off.

I just received the same call and same names.  I'm not calling back.

I received a call from this number at 11:00pm on a Friday night and my employer received a call from them at 10:30am on a Saturday.
I called them back and the guy (James Smith) fed me this line of BS about how the are sueing me but would give me a reason as to why or what for. I went off on him telling him I knew what they were trying to pull was a scam. As soon as I said scam he hung up on me. I called the number back and told him I was reporting them and he hung up again.

This is a scam and they are also calling peoples work places. This needs to STOP

Just got the same call what do we do to make them stop? isnt this against the law exspecially at my place of work

I just got a call saying i have 3 criminal charges being brought against me and that i needed to call this number and talk to Kevin... This is my place of work and i have no criminal charges i will call the police if they call again...

Some one from this number called me and said i have a case against me and i need to talk to them or either my attorney. Please let me know what is this all about and for which company this number belongs to.

i just recived a call early in the morning frmthem 9:23 am est to be exact to behonest this is ascam, i applied for apayday loan the all off a sudden all of this people start calling me including this crazy ass number i got a foreign lady who wished me luck if i didnt call her back....i wish them luck becasue i really do have an attorney and if they continue lets just say the scam they are running will be put to an end

Im not quite sure what is going on but as soon as i applied for a pay day loan this is what happens...i get a voicde mail from someone with a heavy accent telling me to call or have attorney and good lck if i dont its some bs they are calling my husbands phone and i dont want them to start calling my job too...if that happends then they will be looking at a law suit as well

I just had this guy call asking if I had a lawyer. told him I didn' tneed one and didn't want one. hung up. he called back I told him leave me alone I'm not interested. he called again asking if I wanted to suck his c***. I told him to stop. he kept calling back like 8 times. I use Cricket and am calling them to complain.

These scumbags called my phone today and left a voicemail but when I called back they did not answer.

I have been getting calls for weeks, from this number and an unavailable number, saying the same thing!  Saying I have 3 complaints against me, and if I don't contact them today I will be arrested at work, they are [***]!!  I tried to work with them, but I asked for them to mail me something with the comany name and all the information of what they were talking about, i was told they do not mail anything out, nothing is done by mail, its just rediculous!  I then asked if they would send me receipts for payments if I arranged a payment plan, was told they will not mail receipts, they can only give me a comfirmation number by phone, all payments are made over the phone.  I spoke to an attorney, who told me that if they cannot proide me with a mailing address, a bill, a statement or receipts, they are a complete SCAM!    They are calling me at work, I told them to stop calling, because they are supposed to stop calling you at your place of work, if requested, they did stop for about 2 weeks, then changed the name of their company and started calling me again at work, I'm so frustrated with these idiots!  They called my work weeks ago, and I answered and pretended not to be me, they actually asked to speak to my boss, saying they were sending the police to my work to arrest me on bank fraud charges, I told them to go right aheand and send them, they said ok they'll be there in 30 minutes, that was 3 weeks ago, still no police here!!  They are leaving me threatening messages on my cell, saying this is my last chance, been sying that for weeks too.  Yesterday I called and asked for a an address to mail a payment (lie)  they said they don't accept payments by mail, so I said can I stil have your ompany address, she didn't say anything, then I said do you een have a physical address, she put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back with a PO box in Redding CA, I sent them a cease and desist letter, which said they were not to contact me unless it's by USPS, and that I have the right to request a statement from them with company name and address, along with a description of why they are contacting , and if requested they must comply, this is what the attorney told me to do.

This number has been calling my personal cell phone, my parents' home and my boss's desk for well over two weeks now. I applied for a few payday loans, and that's when all of this craziness started. It's a scam!!

they just called me this morning...Thank God i got the Holy Ghost and was led to check this out...haha The Lord wins against this deception

there is nothing to work with, this is a scam DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR EXCHANGE ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION. Debt collectors CAN NOT arrest you over a debt, they can ONLY gain a judgement against you IF they in fact own a debt in your name. Tell them to send you proof of ownership of the debt to a PO Box or other address (you don't want them to know you're exact address if they don't already) and until then they are not to contact you, in the mean time the cease and desist letter is a good idea, although I didn't have to send one all I had to do was threaten that I would and then report them to authorites for perpetrating a fraud and pretending to be a federal office. By the way I am a paralegal and I've been dealing with these types of scams for 10 years.

Left a threatening message on my answering machine threatening legal action.  He did not use my name or give any specific info.  The call sounded like a recording and repeated itself twice.  Male with possible eastern Indian accent.  Appeared to be attempting to collect money.
