I also have been recieving calls from this number, and would just here loud white noise in the background, I could not make out what the noise was. I called the number back a few times and every time a recording comes on and says "sorry I can not do that, good bye" and the call is then disconnected. It is so weird.

I called this number back because it has called me three times today and I got a message saying something like sorry that is not an option. So I pushed 1 and it came up with some disgusting message with women's voices. I really want them to stop calling. I'm going to report it to the FCC.

I've gottem I call from this number twice a day for three days in a row!

Got a call (one of many in the past month) this afternoon... said it was Time Warner Cable. They said I was eligible for a service upgrade. I declined, asked not to be called.

I called back, and there was a message saying it was a "business listing." The was an option to press 1 and take my number off the list. Hmmph.

In San Antonio, usually get a call about 7-8 pm on a Thursday - hangs up as soon as I answer. When I call back, got some white noise and an auto-attend saying "I can't do that right now" <click>. I pushed 1 during the white noise, and got some REALLY lo-res recording of a couple of girls giggling about how wet they were - you get the idea. Hung up, called back, pushed 1100 during the white noise, and got put thru to a live attendant who took my number, read it back to me, checked that the person who would deal with removing the number from the list was still at work, (they were) and told me that it would be processed immediately. I will update this forum if they call again, but if there's no update 2-3 weeks from now assume that my removal request was successful...

I answer & they hang-up, I try calling back (to yell at dumbass telemarketers calling my cell!) & a machine answers saying "Sorry.. unable to do that at this time. Thank you.. goodbye"
Can't wait until they invent a service to smack people across the phone!

they call me about twice or more than that a day. they call around noon and around noine o'clock at night. they hang up the phone when i answer. and when i call back they answer but no one says hello or anything. then i just listened and it just sounds like somone is texting or just pressing number then i next time i called the answering thing came on and said i am unable to do that at this time. it's very weird.....

I've been getting calls from this number too. Apparently they don't care about the DO NOT CALL list because they fall under the "had prior business with" loophole, because of legitimate work they have perfomed on behalf of their clients, namely SBC (which is now at&t), Sprint, Verizon, and Quest.

So my assumption is that if you have service and therefore have done legitimate business with any of those companies, then they will probably think they have a right to call you.

We must ALL report them to the FBI, FCC, FTC, and angrily complain to our cell phone carriers that have done business with them. So they are aware of the dirty, underhanded business they are operating.

Perhaps a class action lawsuit.

Received a call from this number. This could be a scam. report this number to the FBI and have them checked out.

I received a phone call today,I am in Tx,The area code is the palm springs area because I have a friend at the 760 area code.I thought it might be an emergency call as they are Palm Springs Police Department officer and I thought something was wrong because they NEVER call during the daytime.I quickly woke up (I work graveyard) and answered the phone.Only to find out it is some idiot sales persons.They hung on the line with lots of noise and people talking then hung up.They called AGAIN and this time I let my machine pick up and they hung on the line,you could hear two women talking about something or other and then they hung up..I too am on the DNC list...I hate these idiots.

I've been receiving calls from these idiots at least 4 times a day and up to 10 times in one day.They also have the 8135 phone number as well.The one time I talked to someone,they wanted to sell me a digital express movie box which would allow me to view movies on time warner cable.It is some kind of "upgrade" so I can view showtime,hbo blah blah..I've never heard of such a thing."Express movie box" you think they could come up with a better scam.
I told him NO and I would be calling time warner to complain.He said that I could have the box upgrade for $110.00 if I gave him my credit card number.I told him I have no credit card.He said he could order up to 4 boxes for each of my tv's.(I bet he could)
I told him I have 1 tv,basic cable,no credit card and to remove me from the list because I would not be ordering anything from him or his so-called,"company".He said he would remove me from the calling list.He still calls.I have left messages about removing my number and now they seem to call more often since asking to be removed.

Time Warner says it is not them calling and that if they did call I would receive a call reguarding my service from a local number and if they were selling something,I would receive flyers and such by MAIL ONLY.It is NOT Time Warner! I live in south Texas.

This number 760-526-8134 keeps calling my cellphone even after I put myself on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I get frustrated because I do everything I can to get to the phone to answer it all to get hung up on! This gets me so mad! >:c I called them back to see who it was but all I got was a garbled message and so I opted for my number to be removed from their list. We'll see!

Please file formal complaints on donotcall.gov.  It's a telemarketing company called Phone Ware (phonewareinc.com).

I have received numberous calls from the subject phone number and would like the phone calls to stop.  Who do I need to contact in order to stop calls from this number from getting through?

We have been receiving calls from this number every day for the past couple of weeks! (They never answer when I pick up.) I agree, very frustrating!

I've requested to be removed from their list and am still getting the calls. At least a couple of them every day.

This number has called me too. It needs to stop. Cincinnati, Ohio.

I got a call from them and answered it. It was someone calling for Time Warner Cable. I called the number back and they are just a telemarketing company. Ignore it, or ask to get on their do not call list.
