Have been getting this call and have nothing to do with Ball State or any Indiana colleges.  What gives?

Called my phone at 11:05 pm!  That's way too  late to telemarket...pisses me off

Constantly calling me. Every single night. After they said at my commencement that only 5% of ball state grads don't have a job in their field upon graduation, I decided not to pay. Let me pay back my 30 grand that I owe them before they beg for more.

It is Ball State. They called around 8;45 on a Sunday night. They are seeking alumni donations.

They called my home number then immediately called my cell phone. I called the number and told them to remove my cell phone, that nothing was that important for them to call me on that. Sure glad they don't have my work number!

Did not answer as it is an unknown, not good.

My co-worker called me with their caller iD phone number on a rotational cell phone that is owned by my employer and rotates between 6 employees working after hours on-call situations... she called me because it was BSU asking for money and knew I attended there... how they got this rotational mobile phone number is bizarre... I did attend nearly 25 yrs ago, but still broke as a wage slave 25 yrs later... no money to give... sorry...

I never attended BSU, but my son did. Funny that I keep getting their calls! I let it go to voicemail every time. My wife and I gave them over $50,000 of our hard earned money...my son couldn't find a job in his chosen major, and so now he goes to grad school somewhere else on a graduate assistant award which pays a poverty style wage to him, so I continue to provide for him, like food and utility bills. Colleges and universities have raised tuition and prices faster than any other industry including the medical profession over the last 25 years. When I went to college in the late 1970s, my private school tuition was under $5,000 a year. Now, a public school like BSU charges over 3x that amount, and they still want more money. These schools do not pay any taxes, but they collect millions of dollars in public funds paid by taxpayers. Their tenured faculty work short hours and get well paid. It's high time these schools learn how to control their costs so they don't have to make these pledge calls!
