Hello Frank - I've been getting the same calls! Every night around 6 or 7 pm PST. I was searching and stumbled upon your message. Not just me!

First called on 1/18/24, again on the 19, 22, 25, 26, 29, 30, 31, Feb 1, 2, 5, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and today the 19th. Mostly between 5:15pm - 6:30pm pst and a few times between 12:30pm - 1pm pst. Always leaves the same message to call the number listed back. I've blocked them but I still get their VMs. When called back it says it's Naviant (Federal student loans)

They want you to start paying your student loans again. Dodging them isn't going to work. You will shortly see your tax returns and wages garnished.

“Account specialist available to assist you please return this call to 7 6 5- 8 9 6- 5 0 5 0 . We're available Monday through Friday 8 AM to 9 PM Eastern . Once again, that number is 7 6 5- 8 9 6- 5 0 5 0…”

I get it too. It's a scam because they no longer hold my loans, another company does.
