This number called me,  its a Swedish number. Answered because I have relatives in Sweden so thought it might be one of them, was drunk and called me at 01:00. Told me he stood right outside my apartment with some stuff I ordered. I told him I am in Norway he did not answered, he commanded me to go outside to help him pick up the stuff I ordered. Seemed very angry. I werent home I said and he just told me to go outside so probably someone that has a phone number were you get charged for the minutes you talk to them.
