Just received a call from this number at midnight and they hung up before I answered.  What kind of 'scam' calls and hangs up? I don't get it.

Got a call PST 4:21 AM from 767-275-9071 on my cell. Woke me up and left no message.

Called my cell today at 11:10 am, it rang twice and they hung up. No voicemail. The weird thing is that this same number called my work phone (cell) yesterday. The same thing happened then also.

Got called but same thing either 1 or 2 rings and then nothing. Cell phone.

Second or third time they call my cell.  Shows from Dominica.

This is a scam, they will pretend to be your cell phone carrier, offer you 20 per phone to take a 3 minute survey.  They will send you a text msg, and ask you for the new temp password, Hack your account, add international calling options.  They will change the password to your billing on line, and you cannot get in to reverse.  HANG UP IMMEDIATELY.  

Got this phone call the other day it does that it came from dominica not calling it back. I believe it is scam of some sort???

My boyfriend has also been getting calls who the hell is it calling

Received call from this number at 2:43pm Mountain Standard Time.  Rang once and hung up.  Other sites indicate this is a malicious dialer looking for active phone lines to "steal" for making calls.  The calls are then billed to the number that received the original call from the 767 275-9071.

Has called me multiple times over the past few weeks. Never rings long enough to pick up.

Called me late at night a few times, just hung up. No answer when you call back. Stop calling me!!!

Just got a call at 10:58PM. Picked up, nobody on the other end. I called the number back and it was some sorta house-ish music with a recording saying something along the lines of "Please wait for an operator"....WTF!?

Called me at 7:57 PM, I did not answer & they did not leave a voicemail

recd a call from this number early morning. no one was on the line and i have a trac phone.

noticed a call from this number on my bill on one of my lines, there was a 1.99 international change

Yeah, it should be something like that. I have a $1.99 charge on my phone bill like the previous poster said. The phone number just looks national, that's the problem.
