called and rang once. didn't answer it as i was under a car doing brake work. very annoyed by this. i have children and elderly  in-laws to care for. i don't have time for this [***]. added to the reject list on my phone. not calling back ass it is a scam anyway. just asking someone to put a stop to it..... SOON

I'm wondering the same thing. I have gotten a few calls from offshore numbers and they always ring once and that's it. I immediately thought of my Info being compromised as these calls didn't start til after all this happened

Just received a call from this number at 1:30pm PST today.  It rang once and then stopped.  Didn't bother to call them back.  For those of you who have an iPhone with the newest iOS 7 update, you have the ability to block numbers such as this one.  Just find the phone number that you would like to block in your recent contacts, click on the "i" that has the circle around it (I'm assuming this is short for "information"), scroll to the bottom of your screen and click on "block this caller."  I did this so I won't be seeing this number ever again.  Not sure what the process is for Android devices, but I'm sure they have a similar process too.  If you don't see this on your iPhone, your software might be outdated as this is a very recent and new feature for the iPhone.

I received a call from this number at 419am....Glad I didn't here the phone ring...I tried calling the number back and the call won't go through.....grrrrrr

I called it back and it's just a fast busy signal. There are programs that companies use to get your phone # it's called Lexus nexus and whenever you fill out something at the phone place your # is stored and this program helps bill collectors obtain your #. It's totally illegal and if you ever get called by a collector on a # you know you never gave you have the right to privacy so sue them.

Yesterday at 8:17am I received a call from 767-275-9071 (listed as Dominica), didn't get to it because I was working but when I called back it was some techno beat that just kept playing. Tonight at 10:56pm my girlfriend got a call from this number (767-275-9073 Dominica), rang twice and hung up, same techno beat when we called back.
I found this website and read everyone else's comments, saw a couple people mention Target. My girlfriend and I both made purchases with our credit cards at Target 2 days ago. Also, my bank texted/emailed me that same night asking me if I authorized all my purchases for that day. Something's up, and I bet it has to do with Target.

It's an island in the Caribbean. Not far from the Venezuelan coast. Barbados and Grenada area. It will piss me off if cell company charges some ridiculous out of country fee.
