I can verify it's not anything you could have signed up for as I have been living in Australia for the last year and have not used my phone # for anything. (Still have my cell number ported to a magic jack account). Got two calls with no message as well. It's def some sort of scam per others peoples messages.

Got this shown as a "missed call" at 0704 this morning.  Had no voicemail.  Just looked up the AC and found it's in Dominica, a Caribbean island.  It is probably a scam like the 473 Grenada scam.  Verizon was being targeted with the 473 scam, so maybe the scammers just moved to a different island.  The scan is related to putting a huge charge on your phone bill.  Do not call back a number with a Caribbean AC.

I just received a call and was wondering why it said Dominica?  Looking at all the other comments this is a straight scam.  Freaking idiots.  Stop bothering people with nonsense!

Got a call at 12:00 am. When I called back I heard techno music and a recording please do not hang uo, someone will be with you any minute.

unknown caller left no message.   It has happened 4 or 5 times.  How can I block these calls?

just got call from this number.  They hung up before I could answer.  I took the number and added it to my reject list.  I will not hear from them again!!

Received a call at 10 pm from (767) 275-9169 Dominica they let it ring two times and then hung up, no message. I will not be calling back especially after reading all of these comments. No relation to government health insurance

I received 2 calls from this number last night. One call was at 12:09AM and the 2nd call was 3:18am!!!

I haven't signed up for the government health thing you referred to but they have my fairly new cell phone number. They called and like everyone else did not leave a message, it showed a local address in my state as it was ringing but after it finished the call in my list showed Dominica. So, not sure how they managed that but it sure suggests SCAM to me.

It is doesn't speak English well enough.

They keep calling and asking for info & saying we won money.
