These calls are the result of billion dollar banking companies outsourcing to places that are not kept up to date with customer payments! If a computer asks me to wait as soon as I pick up the phone I will ALWAYS hang up!

Well since Circuit City is going out of business, maybe they are calling to tell us that we owe them NOTHING!!!!  lol

These people are rediculous at calling blowing up my cell phone all day at work when I have told them repeatedly I am not able to take calls at work.  So far they have called at least 8 times and its only noon here.

This just started happening to us.  Two calls before 7 am.  How do you block numbers on your cell phone?  We'll have to look into that.  Sounds like a nightmare!

Here is my fix:  I added the number to my contact list then choose special ring and then set the ring to zero with no vibration.

If you call the number back it asks for you 16 digit account number. I pressed 0 till the operator conected me to a customer service rep.  They claim that they are with Chase bank.  I don't have any Credit Card or any relations with Chase bank at all...I think that this is a scam! DON'T GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OUT OVER THE PHONE!!!!

They keep calling me looking for someone else and they won't tell me what business they are.

Called me on Memorial day!!! at 8:30am!!
then the next day at 8:27am and then again at 9:01 am!!! I have never answered cuz I wasn't familiar with the#.They left no message!
This has to stop, this is harrassment, and waking me up when I am sleeping!!

Yeah this number is from chase bank and from what I can gather it is for circuit city credit cards.  I will randomly go through a week of getting calls constantly then it will go away for about a month.  I do know that it is definately for the circuit city credit card because a. I have an account on one for a tv i bought and b. I used to work at circuit city before they closed and that was the number people would come in complaining about.  They are extremely annoying.

Chase uses India based company to call and harass it's custemors if they are making late payments.  Then they are rude when you finally do talk to them.  We need to organize against Chase and harass them back, within the law, of course.  I'm going to set up a site so we can group together, and organize.

I am fed up with Chase and it's harassment.  Let's fight back, or at least complain together.

Annoying phone calls

I lost my job almost a year ago, filled out thousands of applications and not a single phone call for work. this is chase bank and i do have an account with them. am i going to pay it.. hell no.. they can kiss my ass. i want a job, i want to work but there is no work out there. anyone with a job doesnt understand, doesnt want to understand and just ignores the problem until it happens to them. as far as i am concerned my country has failed me, i have barely enough money to eat i never leave the house.. im at the point now where they can come and take everything i could give a [***] less.. these people call everyday all day long starting at 8am. i just leave my phone turned off unless i need to make a phone call.

a ex co worker of mine the day i got laid off i remember him saying.. oh that sucks man.. im sorry to hear that..  and the look on his face, was he could have cared less, and was relieved it wasnt him..well guess what... he got [***] canned 5  months later.. then he called me whining about how is he giong to make his apartment lease payment... oh im sorry man that sucks.. sorry to hear that.

I just started getting these calls about two weeks ago. I decided to answer the phone one day and upon answering it, they asked for my granddad. (who is deceased) I asked them what this was concerning and he said something its a damn foreigner and didn't speak very good English but it sounded like card services. Well before i could respond he slammed the phone down in my ear. I'm getting pissed because they are calling more and more frequently disturbing me.

I'm (currently in the process of) declaring Bankruptcy.  I'd rather give my money to a lawyer than give another cent to these disrespectful [***].  If they wanted their money back, maybe they should have thought of that and arranged a plan for me when I lost my job and stopped making payments.  Instead they rose my interest rate through the roof and before long the minimum payment they wanted was a thousand dollars.  Where on earth did they think an unemployed dude is gonna be able to scrounge up an extra grand??  Instead of working with me they became the vultures picking at a helpless victim.  I'll never forget this.  If ever the tables were to be turned I would squash Chase like a bug without a second thought.  Thanks for the hate, Chase.  See you in hell.
