My son got a call from these people saying he barrowed $700.00 and he never paid it back. First he never barrowed any money from anybody but me and second when they called him they broke at least 3 FDCPA laws so we are going to sue these people

Got that call today. Left a message on my personal cell and my work number. I am not going to call the number back. If I get another call, I will talking to the AG's office. I recommend you all do the same regardless what state you live in. I live in Arizona where payday loans (buildings and on-line) are illegal. I would strongly recommend everyone look at their banking information closely and if needed start changing your account information. It appears a company information has been compromised.

i just recieved a call from a man (hindu) saying that my DL and SS will be really could not understand
but that I am in BIG TROUBLE regarding a LOAN (LOL did not take out a loan) and that I will summons to court..
this is not the 1st time he ahs called using another name James Kennedy and i am almost sure he has other names.....

No doubt you guys receive such calls, you lack so much in common sense. Most of you say Hindu,not knowing the meaning of it. Go educate yourself!!!

Just checked and it means someone who likes to take it up their ass while calling random people to scam them.

Yes they do have many different names , they called us one month ago with another name, same questions.. ss in question, then I asked him what company he works for and their license# and he then became very sarcastic, I laughed and said ok Steven! I am sure he was no Steven with his accent...

I have the same issue as all of you. When I called back to speak to the person who left a message on my Bosses phone they said he was gone for a month. The person name on the message was Eric Johnson and the number was 772-409-6079. The person that I talked to kept giving me different names. When i told him that I was going to file a report against him, he got mad and started to say obscene things to me.I don't owe any loans with Cash Advance or any other loan companies. he said that I had to pay back $7,500. I said yeah right, then just take it to court. he told me to go to the court building the next day at 10am (never said where). For one the next day will be Saturday, that how I know this is a fraudulent thing. I'm just upset that they have a lot of my personal info. I have also gotten these calls.  They are truly pathetic. The 772-409-6079 phone number is a landline based in florida, however after looking further it is taged with a lat and long of lat 27.44 and long -80.33.
those coordinates are in india.  The company that gave thses clowns the florida phone number is called TCG and is based in Miami.
I would also like to be part of a litigation if one should happen.  These guys started to be very abussive and profain and said some very dirty things to my wife and also told me what I could do to my mother.
I too am pissed and not scared, and also gave them a taste of their own medicine.  well see what happens.

I am getting these calls as a result of a new phone number, they are lookin for the previous user of my new number.

OMG! Let’s keep it real. This company ACS is a collection agency for various payday loan places. I know I took out a payday loan and did not pay due to being un employed at this time. I've read the many post about them being fraudulent and a scam but really they aren't. Be real with yourself and admit to your debt even if you can't pay it. James Johnson called me every day for a week until he got me. This company is rude and stupid at the same time. I gave them a dose of their own medicine by advising them of the 3 major settlements recently awarded to people being harassed by creditors. I'm not working right now, realize I owe the money, will pay it when I get it but I be damn if your gonna threaten or harass me. Haven't heard from them

Received two phone calls from this number and they left voicemails. First one stated that I was in huge trouble, that I didn't have long, police were on their way, had my social security number and my ex-husbands name. Left a call back number 772.409.6079  almost unintelligible indian sounding accent.
Second call stated that I was to call to send $30 or $40 to a charity laughing in the background with the same call back number.

I got a call from someone named Richard Wilson who says he is with ACS.  He told me that I owed money and that they were filing a lawsuit.  He had information that he only could have gotten some how from my AOL account.  I never borrowed.  I told him to go ahead and file the lawsuit and that I would see him in court.

I got a call from this phone number and said they have a law suit against me and he was spanish and hard to understand..

Called and said a lawsuit had been filed against me and that his name was kevin Marty and I needed to contact him at 7724096079
