I recv a voicemail today from a man named " OFFICER GARY JOHNSON". Its all a scam to scare people and get there money. I've never had an outstanding loan, when you ask for more info the person goes round and round, he doesnt even understand himself!

I got a voicemail today from a man with a heavy indian accent, very static in the background stating his name was Rick Foster. He stated that I will be arrested on Monday and they will have two officers come to my house and arrest me due to some financial debt. But that can't threaten you over the phone right? that is just unethical?

I got a message that my friend had used my name in a federal crime.  I was supose to get my friend to call right away or charges would be brought against me and him both.  The man that called said his name was David Jackson and when I called the number back I got the desk of George Miller.  Of course his answer machine was full and I could not leave a message.  Not sure what is going on.

I got the same call. First they called my job. I could barely understand a word that they were saying bc of they're accent. They told me i have some kind of internet payday loan out that i didnt pay, but i've never taken one out before. i asked for the name of the payday loan company, he said he wasn't able to give me that info over the phone. they say I owe like $963 and if i didnt pay it by today a police officer would be coming to my job or my home with an warrant to take me to jail for 6 months. and after my 6 months i would pay $6,000 in fines. then they put me on hold then some "officer" who barely spoke english said the same thing. i told him i couldnt pay and he put on hold because he had to ask the "atterney" if i get get 2wks to pay and he said he would give me 2wks but i have to write this dumb [***] 3 page letter sayin i will pay it by a certain date. he wanted my debit card number and my driver licence info with the letter. i told them i would be sure to send it but i never did. now the "police officer" is calling me sayin the court downloaded my file and i will be arrested by 2day because i didnt show up for court at 11am which i have no idea where i was suppose to go bc he couldnt give me that info over the phone and didn't send the money. and i'm still not gna do it!

i got a call from some guy name REX FOSTER 772-600-4755 said i was a referance on some money loan and they would be at my house on monday to take me to court i told him i knew nothing about a money payday loan plus in america peaple cant come to your house and take you to court. what a scam

I got there fax number...i was suppose to send them my debit card info, driver license info, bank account info, and ssn, but never did yet. i think i'mma send them a nice fax letter sayin f*** you!!

I got a call from this number at work,it was from a Mark Anderson he left a message on the phone stateing that I owed 5,000 dollars to a place called Quick Cash.So I called my wife and gave her the number to call and they told her that I done a check advance and did'nt pay it back and if I did'nt settle with them I would be arrested.They also called my daughter and my son telling them that they would be arrested for fraud because I put their names down as contracts.So after my wife called me back to let me know what was going on I called them again and tried to get to the bottom of this but they wouldn't tell me much and I got alittle upset and they hung up on me.So my wife called them back and asked for a phone number to the place I was suppose to owe they gave her the number 972-332-2915.My wife called that number and got a voice mail which said that the voicebox was full and she couldn't leave a message.But the number my son and daughter got the call from was even different than what number I got the call from.The number that called them was 209-729-3826 but it was from the same guy a Mark Anderson,also there was another guy that my wife talked to his name was David Walker.My wife called many times trying to get infro but got the run around.She said one call she made David walker answered the phone and said this is David Walker how can I help you and she ask to speak to Mark Anderson and he said this is Mark Anderson and  she said I when you answered the phone you said your name was David Walker now you say your name is Mark Anderson which is it and they hung up.I would like to know how I go about turning these  people in.I will proably get a very high phone bill because this is proably a real bad scam and if they got my information from  Pay Day

I have been getting these threatening phone calls from Daniel Bush at this same number. He says I have to pay 1099 or I will go to court, lose my job and be in jail for 6 months. I was worried sick; I even went to the bank at first to get a loan, then I talked to some people including the State Police and an attorney, and they all told me it was a scam and do not send them any money. This is ridiculous! Why do we as Americans have to be scared to answer our phones because we might be dealing with one of the non-speaking English disrespectful idiots? I have 3 children and I cannot afford to lose my job. I even contacted my employer to tell them that this guy threatened to contact them. Isn't there something that can be done about this? I just got off the phone with "Daniel Bush" and I asked what state he was calling from, and he said California, and I laughed and said, "Sorry pal, but I already looked it up and you gave me a number from Florida." I hope that this can be helpful because this is too stressful worrying about going to jail or court and having to pay over 5000 (per Daniel Bush) or losing my job. How can I stop these calls?

This Rex Foster, attorney called my house looking for my nephew stating that there was a legal case about to be filed against him this Friday, today is Wednesday, who gives such short notice...Anyway, I ask what is the name of the Law firm, he tells me Financial Crime Division...Dude, why does the firm not have your name in it? If you are an attorney, why are you making your own calls? Where is your secretary? It was too many questions that kept popping up...I found out the call came from somewhere in Flordia....As I'm typing this comment, good ole' Rex just called asking for my Wife ....WTF! I say we all get in a van, ride to Florida, find Rex, and give him the Treatment!

I don't know how to stop the calls, but be careful how much information you place in your comments...Just as we are using it to find these scams, they are most likely using it to gather information...Use there calls as a stress outlet, Call him all the foul names in the book the next time he calls...Make sure your alone,don't want anyone picking up bad language...LOL.

They've been calling our workplace for a while, asking for a co worker.  Today, we (the call center) started taking matters into our own hands.  I told them that every time they called, they'd talk to me, that they would never talk to my co worker, never, but that I loved talking to them and enjoyed wasting their time.

Another person in the call center managed to get out of them that they are based in Pakistan.  Just ask them how the weather is in Pakistan, or what their position is on the Pakistani-Indian conflict.  It's fun!

This company called my cell phone over 70times and my work # 276 times telling me that I needed to pay them 5000 dollars by tonight or I would be arrested and lose my job,that when I go to court my employer would have to go with me. It got so bad my boss had to call the cops and I had to call the cops in my county once the officer called them and told them who he was they never have not called back tonight. I was so scared and freaked out all I could do was cry. This was crazy and I hope everyone is right that this is just a scame because I can't even sleep.

My supervisor called me on my day off stating that someone called me named RICK FOSTER from California Superior Court .  The individual had an accent, she could hardly understand him, and there was a lot of noise in the background. The man told her to have me contact him by monday or else I would lose my job ..
I reported this call to our local police department

this number appears to be being used for a new scam.  I don't answer and they leave voicemails that are nothing but noise.  However, I think that they are just random dialing numbers because I am getting these calls on my google voice # that I haven't listed on *anything* or given out to anyone other than a personal friend.
