The caller states he is from the Social Security Administration and that my social security number is being fraudulently used across the country and legal action is being taken against me and that my SS# will be permanently closed.  Social Security Adm. does not do this.  I was also told the police will be coming to get me.  They read my address to me, so they know where I live.  How do these frauders get your information.  They called me 7 times in one day.  When I told them I would go to the Social Security office near me and talk to someone in person, they hung up.

I am also getting the same type of call at my work phone number. caller leaves message posing as social security, when I attempt to return call blocking my number, message says not in service. Why aren't these people tracked down?

This is an absolute fraud preying on seniors. Do not call them back.

Each day call from this number several times per day!!! About Social number stolen.

Today l received that same call. They also hung up on me.
