    If on you cell, forward the call to 7726 spam. This should block the number as well.

    Call back gets, "Hey, thanks for calling back.  It looks like your FHA home loan may qualify for a lower interest rate."  The bot goes on to ask you if you have time to talk with an agent, if you'd like them to call you back, if you'd like to access the online chat, blah blah blah.  Sounds like one of the "way too many" lower your interest scams running about.  If you've got a minute, take the advice of B-Edwards and block the number but also report the number to your carrier as SPAM.  That should keep it from ringing your phone and warn others.
