Nope it's a generic state number that comes up no matter who calls you from the State.  I have family that works in several different departments and this number comes up every time.

I believe "Time" is correct and this is a generic number assigned for calls from govt. agencies.
The message I received was from the Emerging Small Business department, not the Unemployment office.

It's a State of Nevada "trunk line." When a friend of mine who works for the State Health Division calls, that's also the same number that comes up.

Return call from a Nevada State agency. Call was a valid return, just was not what I expected. Bill above is correct that this is a NV trunk line for the H&W agency.

I was supposed to be receiving a interview call from the unemployment insurance office to determine eligibility, I was instructed to make myself available during their business hours. My phone only rang once, they left no voicemail , and when I used the android call back feature, I received that same message mentioned herein. ."You have dialed an unassigned station number or you dialed a local number without using an area code, Please try call again!  A truncated landline owned by the state makes sense.

I'm disabilied and when I get calls I cannot return is it  a invasion of my privacy and I have been victimized how do they get information

Received this call, rang once i answered hello - they responded hello and them they immediately hung up. Could not call back - "unassigned station". I am hearing impaired and find this very rude. Unnerving. And we are paying for their wages thru taxes. Think this should be unconstitutional. Very unethical. I am so mad and frustrated that i am shaking. What is my recourse?

This is the outbound number for all State of Nevada agencies.  You cannot call it back.
