im getting mad because their make us have have a bigger phone bill and others that live some were else

I have had several calls from this number.  I have just asked them not to call again and they do anyway.  No idea who or where they come from.  BUT IT IS ANNOYING.

How the hell can 777-777-7777 call a restricted number, my number is restricted, it has never been published plus I'm on the Do Not Call list. So how is this possible for this number to call me..
I am on cable, I called my service provider. They said they can't block it but I can use call trace on my phone/call the police, they said it is a person using their PC and the real number they are calling from is hidden under the fake number 777-777-7777 that appears on my phone. This started today at 6:30 AM Feb 10, 2012 I have had three calls today from this number, they didn't leave a message, and when I answered I put them on speaker to see if I could pick up anything in their background but they were silent, and heavy breathing.

they started last week on thursday, 6 times they call, all silent, heavy breathing. i tried  to  call it but no such number,  called my service provider but they said cant do anything as not a real number they said real number is hidden under the 7777777777 and its from an auto dialer  ,they are using a computer..
my number is restricted permanately blocked never been publish so how is this possible..
i was told  by  my service provider to use call trace on my phone as its free and to alert police
tonight they  called - first time guy spoke .he  sounded indian, said he was from spc research- looked it up  no such thing,  asked to speak with his supervisor -he wouldnt let me asked for where he calling from ,employee number -he wouldnt say. he just kept saying a spc research  and wanted to know if i recycle,or what the air quality is.  and aske me questions like who i am and where  do i live etc..

what ever you  do not give they any real information as they number they are calling from you cant callback only way to find out who it  is is to trace it  -this is  a scam being they are using an auto dialer and calling over the internet-they  can take you information and steal your identity this way ,create a credit card in your name etc...  crtc will be aware of this on the 14 of feb. as im fed up with this .as well as phone  busters..   if your on a cell phone  there is an application for blocking  numbers  -they r  calling me on  my landline  so i dont have that option,

Get calls from this number all the time.
Sometimes no one there - sometimes ask for a survey that will only take 1 minute.
have told them don't have time can I call you back?? Then they hang up. But continue to call back.

The whole country has been getting these calls from 777-777-7777 and its just random telemarketers. They are weird and call over and over and harass us, and they should be arrested.

I call the number back using FriendCaller app it ringed then it speak in a diffrent language then a guy said " who's there" and I hanged up.    Then I called agian and same thing happend then the guy said " u have the wrong number" then the dude hanged up on me.   It's from K Mobile.

This number +7(777)-777-77-77 belongs a president KZ

I got called by both 77777777 and 7*7 what on earth is 7*7?

I received +77777777777 of this numbers I can't answer because I'm sleep..

I need to know whos number is this calling to me two times

saying they are a from a legal company

I missed a calll from tis number today / 13-Feb-2017 @ 8:59 AM Philippines Time.

I received a call today.  I didn't answer it and they left a message saying I need to call them back and pay them money or criminal action would be taken
