These illegal call centers will not stop violating the Do Not Call Law by spoofing these disconnected fraud numbers every time they make these illegal calls , like this one .

If you call back using *67, you get, "the number you have dialed is not in service."  If you call back without *67, you get "Allen?" (couldn't quite understand him) who wants to know if you have property for sale.  If these were ethical, legitimate sales calls, you could report them in violation of the DNC regulations as the FTC has determined that "buy your property" calls are, in fact, telemarketing.  However, these are likely scammers and they could not care less about the DNC.  Block the number and report it to your carrier as SPAM.  That should at least keep it from ringing through.
