We get called from this number constantly. When we answer there is no one there it’s just dead air. When we call it it says all agents are busy, but no company and no answer. What the heck it’s calling 3 of our numbers and constantly. Getting irritating…is it a scam or collections we don’t know? Anyone have answers?

I called them back.  Its a local Edmonton phone number but were saying they were calling from flexiti.    Total scam number.    I hung up right away.   Block thus caller

Block the number. Can't hurt, might help.

Dead line for 3 seconds before caller answered. Caller from this number would not leave me any info, and insisted they were calling for a coworker about a "personal business matter". Totally scammy.

It's a collections agency.

Call back to the number got "Ivan" with what I thought was "Flex City Financial" but after looking up the name, it's probably Flexiti Financial.  It was a bad connection and hard to understand but he said they offer loans for various companies.  From Search Assist:

So if you financed a purchase, they may have been the loan company and they may be trying to reach you.  However, keep in mind that scammers are clever and any number, even a legitimate one, can be spoofed.  If you are going to call, use the number listed on the website or the customer portal.
