This Number 9821192484 is being used by one big fraud in the name of Vinay Prathap Singh and is an associate of another fraud by name Dr. J P Gupta 9971502544. They have started to cheat in Chennai. The modus operandi is that J P Gupta would place an ad saying he has got an 3 bed room flat in Thoraipakkam and on the same day or within couple of days you will receive a call from Vinay Prathap Singh saying he is in urgent need of a 3 bedroom flat in and around Thoraippakkam.

As a property dealer you would be happy that you have a potential buyer and a seller. The game starts then that Vinay will ask us to send photos of the flat which Gupta will send us and we will send to Vinay. Looking the photos Vinay will say he is very happy with the interior and wanted to finalise immediately as he would prefer a flat from Ceebros builders which is what Gupta would say he has. Once you call Gupta and say that the client wants to see the flat immediately and finalise then we would say that he is in Gurgaon and if he should come to Chennai the travel charges should be borne by the buyer and if the deal is through he would adjust.

When you inform this to Vinay he will say that he is in the airport already and on the way to Chennai and he will do the payment online to Gupta. When you call Gupta he will say that if the online payment it done it would reflect only the next day and asks for cash to be deposited in his account immediately and only if it is done he would start to Chennai with the keys and that he resides very close to the airport in Gurgaon.

Taking the deal to be very prospective my friend paid 25000 in Gupta's account after taking a commitment from Vinay that he would pay cash once he reaches Chennai. Once my friend made the payment in Gupta;s account he send an sms saying he would reach Chennai by that evening. From then on both the mobile phones are switched off and only after one day for regular calling did my friend realise that he has been cheated and got it confirmed after checking their numbers for comments which was available in this forum.

We request all the concerned real estate brokers to be very careful and make sure they do not get into the net of these fraudsters

I am from kharghar, beware of them. They cheated me last time with 25,000 rs. Dont ever believe such things they are pure scammers.
