[***] are just one of an average of 5 phone calls I recieve a day that when answered I recieve no response.  A cross check say's this number belongs to KS Dept. of Revenue, but we have no issues with them.  

There are just too many phone calls of this nature from too many different phone numbers,(and too many of these calls are caller ID blocked or fraudulent), to be accidental.  I say there is a scam here somehow and I want to know what it is.  We need to finaly start sending these [***] to prison for all these "white collar" crimes we keep getting victimized of.  What are we, the New Soviet Union...the New Nigeria?!!

I have a case with our ks. state taxes. My dad has
Always used H and R block for our annual Taxes..
We had received a bill from state for about 2500
with directions to dispute. After 20 + years, they have [***] on us. Now we are forced to pay or make payments- we are broke. A freeze on our acct. Could kill us. I have cancer and he has bipolar - going off meds for bipolar will be horrible and dangerous. Two times I got this call with no message. I called back after this second call.
As you can see, they are able to call after
I called h and R or State tax office. He had a recording of a call center blasting. He demanded 4000 or so, immediately. Cops were comming now!! I was pissed, and went off on him - hadn't called back until today.
