Called me and don't speak

Got a call from the number, heard a Spanish (i think) recording.

i keep getting calls from this number.dont know who it is because i have a call block on my phone.but they call me at least 3-4 times a day.i try to call it back and get a recording that i cant understand.

I have received calls from this number several times.  never answer it because I don't know anyone in Florida.  I tried to call the number back from my office phone and it is not an active number.  Someone needs to figure out who these people are and stop this.  

Got this call on my cell phone at 1 pm. They left no message.

Called at 11 am , silence, loud beep them a bunch of nonsense in Spanish.

Just got a call on my ATT cell phone at work 9/4/2014 @ 11:15. Heard a beep immediately after answering, said hello, no response. FL, USA is the location.

just got this call too. no VM and unable to return call. does nobody really know who this is?

786-204-4348 just called my cell at 2:23 pm on a Thursday afternoon.  The number is registered in Hileah, Florida.  When I tried to call back, I receive a message that the number is no longer in service.

I received a call from this number on both of my att cell phones.  One this morning and one about 10 minutes ago.  I didn't answer it.  I have iphones, so I blocked them from calling me again,

I was called 3 times on my cell and they are all missed calls. I tried calling back thinking it was something important and I got error message. I figured it must be a prank and blocked it on my phone.

They let my phone ring and ring, but when it went to Voice Mail they didn't leave any message. Looked the number up, it's a disconnected Miami, Florida number. From other complaints I've read, this is a foreign Auto-Dial system using "spoof" U.S. Non-working numbers to disguise where they are actually calling from. Don't call them back, and don't press any numbers during the call or you may get charged.

its THERE number associtAe calls in spanish fromb collection even if thay are calling u by accident THAY will continue to call RELENTLESSLY

Wife and I are a digit apart and we experienced same as everyone else - after hearing everyone mention "I heard a beep" this sounds like a war Daimler looking for a modem or a fax on the other end.  If its not that its just recording answered calls to call back known good numbers which are answering - but the "beep" sounds like a handshake iniation to me.
