This comes in as .. Hello this is rachel from card holder services.... so tired of these types of calls

robot caller, rings and hangs up.  Caller ID records "Card Services"  Occasionally leaves message "There is a problem with your credit card account", or "There may have been unauthorized charges to your account."

These people call about reducing credit card intrest rates and then i told them no and it was a foreign guy and he started cursing me and saying bad stuff to me and threatening me and my husband...he told me he had my information just wait and see what happened to me...they call everyday and i push for them to stop calling my number and they still call

the guy Johnathan is the one who talked to me and when I wouldnt give him info and told them not to call here anymore he cursed me and talk trash and called me the B**** several times and said I have all your info and just see what happens to you...and you keep your husband and he knew his name

I did not ans. the phone I saw who was calling the name begian with v or with city i just hangup on them

We're on the "Do Not Call" list' which appears to mean that only real businesses will follow it..Got another call from this number.after asking several times to be left alone. Keyed through to talk to a "representative",  Yelled at her to be left fricking alone.  She immediiately called back from (470) 276‑040‍2 and left this message, "Listen, [***]. I'm just trying to earn a living!  I don't have to take your abuse. Go yell at something else, like your dog!"  I've reported it to the DNC, should I let someone else know?  I saved the message.

Attorney General Jay Nixon reaches agreement with Florida telemarketer over No Call violations; Marketlinkx Direct pays $15,000 penalty

St. Louis, Mo. — A Florida company that made telemarketing calls to Missourians on the state’s No Call list will cease violating the law and pay a civil penalty of $15,000 under an agreement with Attorney General Jay Nixon. Nixon’s assurance of voluntary compliance with Marketlinkx Direct of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and its owner Ezell Brown, was filed today in St. Louis City Circuit Court.

Nixon sued the defendants after his office received numerous complaints from consumers registered on the state No Call list who were contacted by Marketlinkx Direct. The defendants attempted to persuade consumers to purchase various goods and services related to insurance products.

According to the agreement, Marketlinkx Direct will stop calling Missourians on the No Call list and pay a penalty of $15,000. In addition, the defendants will be required to pay a civil penalty of up to $2,000 per violation if they violate any of the terms of the agreement, and a penalty of $5,000 per violation for any future violation of state consumer protection laws.

To date, more than 2.5 million Missouri residential telephone numbers are on the No Call list, and Nixon’s office has collected more than $1.7 million from telemarketers that violated the law.

Missourians not yet on the No Call list may register their home phone numbers at no cost by going online to ago.mo.gov and clicking on the No Call icon or by calling toll free 1-866 NO CALL 1 (1-866-662-2551).

These callers are  SCAMS. They call all the time. DO not give them any information and you CAN BLOCK them if you have that setting.  Here are the numbers that I found to be SCAMMERS!!!! I am keeping a log and will be posting them each time they call!

keep calling when was told no to call again

I want to thank you for taking the time to compile this list.  I am printing it out and keeping it by my phone so I can refer to it, add to it or make my own comments as necessary.  Maybe one of these days it will actually help put a stop to and prosecute this dirt bags!

I received a call from this number multiple times over a period of several days.  I called the number back and it stated this a call from a telemarketer and if I wished to have my number removed from their call list to enter my phone number and my number would be removed within 72 hours.

Two calls in two days from this company.  I have reported this company and "Rachael" to the National No Call folks, and have continued to receive calls from Card services for a couple of years now.  It is an automated message from "Rachael."  She says there's nothing wrong with our credit cards.  She says this is our last notice to receive a lowered interest rate.  I have punched "3" to have them take us off further notices, I have punched "1" to ask a representative to do the same thing.

I have talked with nice reps, who assure me I will be removed from their list, and to other reps who've hung up on me.  What I've discovered is, pressing "3" only assures the "bot" making the call, that there's someone live on the other end.  Speaking to a rep is useless.

So I report these folks to the No Call Registry, and then I punch "1" to speak to a rep, and I let them listen to whatever judge show is on television.

These people have been calling me for months - I just hang up, but it is so annoying to get these calls
at all hours of the day and evening.  How can we stop them???

Received call from  Rachel from card services.  press 3 to stop getting calls (doesn't work) or 1 to speak to an Operator. Spoke to a human and told them to stop calling.  She hung up on me.  But I felt better just letting them know how I feel. It may not stop them, but worth a try.  So much for do not call list.

Didn't leave a message. Callback goes to "this voicemail is full" total scammers- report them!
