QUESTION:...how this website supposed to help to stop them to call every day?

Got a call from this number around 11am today. Ignored the call and a woman left me a very quick message in Spanish. I do not speak or understand the language so I do not know what this was about... but she kinda seemed like she was pissed off. I'll ask my friend to translate later today. But yea, weird.

got call from this number at about 3PM this afternoon. woman sopoke spanish. I hung up.

I am getting a call almost every day from this number and I do not speak spanish.  Where did they get my number?

I'm glad I checked this out.  I will put it under a Nusiance name I have set up in my contacts and of course I won't answer it.  There should be some feature on our cell phones to block numbers like this.  Regretfully, there is not.  If anyone knows how I could block this number I would like to know also.

This number called my brand new cell phone number and left no message.  So when I dialed it back, hoping to figure out who it was, imagine my surprise that my "call could not be completed as dialed."  Oh well.

Always get this number calling me. Just called me at 9:23 EST!!!!

ya i get a cal from this number like 4 times a week. usualy after 3.

its me again. it seems that alot of you are actualy IN florida. im al the way out in cali and i get this cal from miami, Fl.

today 4/24/09 i recieved 3 missed calls from this number...i do no answer wierd numbers, expecially from out of state. I looked the number up and its a cell phone out of florida. I called it back and it say it an unavailable number...the number you have reached is not in service please ck the number and try your call again...its a pain...

I live in Richmond, California.  I get a call on my cell from this number from time to time as well.  Call is from Miami, FL?  My GUESS is it has something to do with identity theft.

Its a Miami and Pompano Beach Florida based cell phone. The carrier is metropcs (metropcs.com)

I visited a metropcs store today. They searched their records and determined that the phone number was cancelled a while ago and is no longer associated with metropcs. I added my number to www.donotcall.gov and so far no calls from this number yet. I even tried www.ussearch.com and they couldn't find much information. Make a complaint with the donotcall website or the FCC. If you want you can also call the Miami-Dade police department to see what they say. Their number is 305-4-police. I get a call from this number about once a week or every 2 weeks.  I speak no Spanish, don't care to speak any Spanish and am tired of them wasting my minutes!!!!  I had put my number on the www.donotcall.gov list before, but believe me I'll do it again!  Can't anyone stop this garbage!  If you're going to harass me, at least do it in ENGLISH!!!!

Complained to the FCC, they said they would investigate my complaint. Furthermore, they imposed a law that prevents this kinds of calls, so whoever is doing this is breaking the law and pissing off a lot of people. You can go to their website to complain also. www.fcc.gov

Yeah, so I just filed a complaint with the FCC over these calls too....someone mentioned Monster.com in another post, could be the culprit, I registered with that online company maybe three years ago and I never received any of these calls until after that point.  Recently going up in number, probably 3-4 times a week now.
Without using bad language (and pissing off the FCC on _this_ site) we ALL need to file complaints and that way make the FCC dooo something, the more voices that speak out they can't ignore it or drag their feet going through with that suit.  Let's all write the FCC!!!

They called me today told me I have won $3000 from using my visa card and ask me for my card information. [***]!!!
