Keep getting calls, and then disconnected.  Tired of these calls. On do not call list. What good is the list!! Never stops!!

Got a call on my cell, I did not pick up.  Called the # back and the guy said I took an anti depressant .   He knew this without me even telling him my name.   I should have asked him to tell me the lotto #'s.   Thief.

Called my work cell 5 times.....said I had medical claims one of my family members taking antidepressants. Asked them several times to take my phone number off their list and I am on the do not call list. Reported complaint to FTC.gov.on 8/27/14.

Got two calls in a row from this number. I too, wonder what good the do not call list is; it doesn't seem to eliminate these calls

This number has called me 3 times between 8:05am & 9:43am. Does not leave a message, and after reading the comments here, geez what a waste of space. I blocked the number.

Just got a call from this number.  Only reason I answered is because my son just left Monday for basic training.  The guy had an Indian accent and said he was going through some paperwork for my son and saw that my son might have taken Risperdal.  When I said no, he said maybe another antidepressant.  i again said no my son has never taken any meds.  Then he said Ok I see ma'am.  Thank  you and hung up.  I was afraid it was actually someone from basic training needing medical info, but I thought it was rather rude to just hang up like that.  Glad I did the reverse phone lookup so now I can quit worrying about it.

I kept getting calls from 786-504-5876. I was curious and called back. A young guy with an Indian accent said he had been trying to contact me and was from the "Medical Center". He said he had claims award info, and he just needed me to verify whether I or anyone in my family was taking anti-depressents. I marveled at how the young man seemed oblivious that he was violating telemarking do-not call list laws, as well as probably violating HIPA Healthy Privacy laws. Obviously he had no idea who he was calling but acted like he did know. Poor guy is probably getting paid $1 an hour by some rogue law firm and has no idea the FTC or someone of the like that can raid the operation and level penalties of $500 per call on him personally.

I've received 4 calls today - all of them to my cell phone.  I didn't answer and they left no message.  If there is a reason important enough to call 4 times you'd think it would be important enough to leave a message.  Scam.

I've been getting the same damn calls. Four missed phone calls when I woke up this morning! Whatever [***] they're pulling, it must be working with this much vigor.

I've received 2 calls back to back from this number.  They didn't leave a message, thankfully, but they are persistent.

About 4 calls. Guy with an Indian accent, from a medical claims company claiming someone in my family was entitled to a settlement regarding an antidepressant they used.


Definitely seems like a scam.

Received a call today no one on the other line.. So I decided to give a call back to the number and was greeted by a man with a Indian accent. I asked whom I've am speaking to and he replied with is this Jason.I replied no you must have the wrong number and hung up.. I've been receiving phone calls like this for about 2 years. Calls soon began coming through at work at a ridiculous amount sometimes up to 5 10 times a day. Something needs to be done about these harassing phone calls. Most of which the number when called back is a number that is disconnected & with no way of pinpointing the actor/actors. It irritating when you don't want to even answer your phone because they somehow are able to use a number with the area code from your own town. I've gotten to the point that I received calls threatened of being jailed or sued..Biggest problem that I have is one of the callers actually did have my full social security number which leaves me in a bad position since I've been really busting my butt to get my credit score back in good standing after years of sacrificing. its being put in that position I have to check my Credit Karma account almost every day just to make sure that there are no frivolous accounts being made or money being taken.This puts me into a really bad situation , does anyone have any ideas w/ any help I may be able to ge in light of this situation??

This number has called me three times yesterday, the first call was answered and there was a recording of a woman's voice in another language and absolutely no English with the call ending by them. I ignored the remaining two calls throughout the day.  Day 2, today has consisted of three calls by 10 am. I didn't answer and they left no voicemail.  This needs to be checked out.

Called my work and hung up without saying anything.

786-504-5876 and 315-237-6030 take turns calling me in the last several days. ring 5 seconds then hang up.

Scammer don't answer this call.
