Caller ID now reports number as G Schneider

I tried calling back this number and received a message that it was temporarily disconnected.  I also got a call last week from a 786-866-2536 and 786-866-5407 with the same name on the caller ID.  Same thing; both numbers were allegedly temporarily disconnected.

This number belongs to Paetec Communications - Fl.  They are a CLEC provider and you can file a complaint below.  I just had a call from 786-866-2535 which originated from 100 N Biscayne Blvd Miami Fl 33128

Robo caller speaking in Spanish,(I don't understand Spanish). Cell phone call from 786 871 0143. This is Paetec out of Miami,Fl.. They need to stop this nonsense. In violation with telemarketing, robo calls etc. They sell cell phones, (cheap) and service. Any way you look at it, it is telemarketing, and needs to be stopped. Will be writing a letter to the mgr. there very shortly. Paetec,5301 Blue Lagoon Dr. STE 100, Miami,Fl.. If this fails will be calling my lawyer. Fed up with telemarketers wasting my time. Plus crippled and can't run to catch their calls. Then it's a robo and they won't answer you. Also using up my cell phone minutes. I understand they have several different phone #'s.

I got a call continuously from did num. Once if you pick the call, then they won't answer it properly... I dint understand ...y dey r wasting the time...

passing on the race stuff......It appears that it kind of starts with a company called Blue Licenses LLC. then, PaeTec, then StarNet Inc, then StarNet/PaeTec, then Windsteam purchased StarNet/ParNet.   so my guess is that the big honcho is Windstream.   They move the phone number around can be used once then it's blocked or removed from their list.   Can't track one single number but they all point back to Windstream/StarNet/PaeNet.  I would bet that the FCC knows how it's being played.  The blocks of phone numbers all come the same place. I have to guessing Windsteam but they'll deny it.

I never want this number to call me again.  Such a nuisance.

Block this number if possible.
