Tiene cara de ser una llamada de un "buscon". No se identifica y deja grabado que yo ?? "tengo problemas con su compania".  Tampoco dice el nombre de la compania.  La grabacion deja este numero de telefono pero eso no da seguridad de que ellos esten llamando desde ese telefono.

This is a serous law firm dedicated to the collection of past due debts. Its better to pick up the calls b/c if you dont they will not stop until a lawsuit is filed.

Calls from this number are in Spanish and they speak so fast, that even a native South American cannot follow what they are saying.  They have been asked to state their position in writing but would not comply with the request.
They appear to be using intimidation as a means of collecting on a debt.
Seems like all smoke and no fire.  
Interest search indicates that they have a bad reputation.

This number corresponds to an unlisted prepaid cellphonein the 787 (Puerto Rico) Area Code,  used by a collection agency that relies on intimidation and harassment to try to get debtors to pay. They keep calling for one of my co-workers who is in financial problems, always at very odd hours (when they know most people have left), evidently to try to reach some of the managers and hurt the debtror's reputation. By the way, several of the people who call have a strong South or Central American accent. This suggests the people are not located in Puerto Rico, but probably are calling from Miami. Our boss has told them our company does not receive this type of calls for employees, and has reminded them that calling people at work is forbidden under Federal law, to no avail. My co-worker filed for bankruptcy and told these people about it. Still, the calls continue. There ought to be a law with teeth on it to stop these tele-crooks!

The callers sometimes state they are from a law firm or "from the court". This is not true, see my note below.

This is a Law Firm in Puerto Rico and they call to give debtors a chance to pay before they file a lawsuit. No intimidation or odd hours, just calls for people that do not pay...

Recibi una carta de esta firma de abogados relacionada a una cuenta que tengo con cierta compañia pero el numero de cuenta provisto es erroneo, el balance es incorrecto. Rapidamente valide historial de pagos que he realizado a traves del internet y esta todo al dia, llame directamente a la agencia con quien tengo el prestamo y me indican que todo esta bien con ellos y que no han referido mi cuenta a ningun abogado para cobros. Esto me huele a cogia de sangano.

Les recomiendo a todos que se comuniquen directamente con la compañia con la cual usted tiene el prestamo y valide su status con ellos.

Saludos. Recientemente recibi una carta de cobro de esta supuesta firma de abogados pq mi caso fue referido de un banco, del cual nunca he tenido cuenta. Todo esto es bien similar entre muchos. Como trabajastes tu situacion? Lo reportastes en algun lugar? Dejeme saber para realizar las gestiones pertinentes!! Gracias mil.

its not a collection agency its a law office where accounts that irresponsible people who dont pay  theyre about to be served and sued because of non payment and are subject to Seizure of salary this is rule 60 in PR law. dont belive me look it up.

no buscan estafar si tienes cuentas en perdidas ellos llegan a un arreglo de pago contigo para prevenir un embargo a tu salario propiedad o un gravamen a tu carro ( prohibirte sacar tu marbete) es completamente legal y no lo pensaran dos veces en hacerlo...te recomiendo que los llames si debes ami me paso tuve q pagar cada centavo que debia y fui demandado en corte ellos no juegan llama y arregla no son agencia de cobro

If any one receive a call from this collection agency don't answer!! They are very rude and make the impossible for get your money specially if its a very old debt. Right now I'm paying the double of my 10 years old debt just because I didn't know how to defend my self in court. This debt is already gone in my credit file but I'm still paying the double because if I not pay they can make a repossession of my property.. So if they send you an court citation don't don't and don't go!! They can't do anything about it....
