hi my name is mark jones i work for kwikfit mobile and this number 78810 as never been dialled from my work phone as i am not allowed to make personal calls i have never dialled this number it must bee fraud couls you please shed some light on this for me

this is a scam each tim you hit del you will be charged so ive been told. what you need to do is phone your service provider and report it and also send STOP to the msg from 78810

I too have just spent over an hour on the phone to O2 over this, as soon as i put the phone down my 6 yr old grandson just confessed to using my phone to buy into a game on xmas day, it was done so quick when my back was turned, the worst thing is he does not have internet at home and only comes to mine during school holidays if parents are both working, so he has not even played the game since xmas day, O2 have refused to give me a refund, as far as he remembers it was for either a game called RUNESCAPE or IMVU, I have sent a STOP message as instructed to by the O2 operative.

on the 22/8/12 received my orange bill and I have been charged by 78810 (zong) £10 for texting.

I have no data shows in my phone that I have received or sent text to 78810. and when I have sent text to the number (78810) stop, reply came back saying that I am not subscribed to any service on 78810 and yet they managed to take off me £10 pound

If u have insured ur phone thru Protect Your Bubble and registered with their TagBak service, then u will have been charged for receiving a pin code from them to confirm service.

It is from an online game called imvu you can buy credits and VIP from your phone by sending text messages. If any of you have kids I would ask them :) I hope this helps
